Store was super messy, we asked an associate if pants that were on a rack were on sale she said yes, they were not and the manager gave an attitude when let her know about it.

I took my niece for Hanukkah shopping, a little late. The staff was very friendly and my niece found exactly what she was looking for.... and it was 50% off. She was looking for jeans and a hoodie. There was a huge variety to choose from.

I have to start with how clothing items are pretty overpriced, but then again, it is owned by Abercrombie, so it's to be expected. With that said, the feel of the place is pretty nice, and the clothing doesn't look half bad, even though it's not really my style. My girlfriend, however, likes it, and she always finds clothes here that complement her figure. The staff has always been nice and professional every time that we visit, and I have to admit that the clothes that we have bought here look very nice (at least I think so.)

Tried to return a brand new sweater, they didn’t accept it because I took a tag off and laid it beside the item, and the item had a little dust, I bought hundreds of dollars of clothing from them and they wouldn’t accept my return. terrible customer service, I work in customer service and would never reject an item for that reason, they do not car about customer loyalty at all.

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. The associates were rude and closed the store before closing hours.

The worst place to shop at on this planet. The most rude employees, to the point where they were yelling at me. So disgusting. Will never go back to this place

One employee was harassing every person that walked in forcing them to put on a mask and kicking them out if they couldn’t wear one. No thanks. Stop training your employees to be tyrannical.

Walked in and young ignorant female worker with reddish hair asked if I had a mask which I can’t wear one which I said. She then asked me why (you can’t even ask that?) I stated my medical reason and she said I can’t shop there because it’s store policy. I’ll be calling corporate

Found several really cute sundresses for my granddaughter. She was surprised by the large variety and I was happy with the prices. We looked at swimsuits and skirts. Great selection of teen age apparel.

Came in today to exchange a shirt that was gifted. Upon entering the store, the younger blonde haired girl folding clothes on the woman’s side of the store asked if my partner and I had masks, we do not and CDC has lifted the mask mandate which is why we did not have mask nor did we need to wear them moving forward. I said can you just exchange this gifted shirt and we will be on our way, she said we needed to leave the store. I will never shop here again, as this is the last straw I’ve had with the disrespectful employees of this store and the absolute lack of customer service. It’s truly disappointing. Not one other store I went into in the mall treated me this way besides Hollister. You should really educate your employees because they are sadly not even displaying a bare minimum level of customer service. Will anyone even read the numerous similar reviews to mine here and do anything about this? If not, why bother having a store in the mall?
