Tommy helped us prepared our taxes today. He was very professional and incredibly kind. He went out of his way to make sure my husband and I both were completely satisfied with his work. He was very knowledgeable and provided us useful information and insight regarding our W-4 and properly filing our future taxes. He was very patient and clear in explaining everything and answering any questions we had, as well as asking us questions to make sure we didn't forget anything. Tommy is an absolutely valuable asset to Jackson Hewitt. We will continue to keep coming to Jackson Hewitt to see Tommy and we definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Tommy!

Went to Walmart 4/20/22 to go to Jackson Hewitt for taxes at Richland, Washington; no one around not even computers or printers. Went to Road 68 Jackson Hewitt after Richland, WA; no one around. I gave up! Try next week in Kennewick, Wa; IRS sent a letter and delay my tax return. Need help ? and couldn't get help when I need it. Wish they would stay open for another month instead of packing everything up right after tax season done. Very poor ? service.
