Tammy from hand bags, I appreciate you and your kind efforts to make my mother feel welcomed. Most clerks/ cashiers see that my mother struggles with her English and avoid her if I’m not there to translate. I left my mother for a moment to be in the fitting rooms and as I rush out. I find out my mother is being helped by this lovely lady named Tammy. She works in the handbags section and even though it appeared she did NOT know Spanish, she did her absolute best to communicate KINDLY to my mother.
She has real customer service skills, any corporation would be fortunate enough to have her. This wasn’t
the first time I’ve encountered her either, she has always been this way. We’re not even from this city, so it’s always a delight to see people who actually love their jobs and appreciate human decency.
May your managers recognize your ability, dedication, and enthusiasm that makes a memorable meaningful impact to this locations daily operation.
