I pulled in today, not knowing why I couldn’t get a reading on my oil stick and Jeff gave me some knowledge that I’ll never forget when your dipstick does not reading. It means it’s about 2 quarts low so just keep an eye on it. Don’t want to go under that. They topped me off checked all my fluids checked all my tire pressures. Tony was amazing. These guys treated me like family everybody should come here thanks guys.

I don’t know much about cars but they explain everything super easily to understand and give you answers. This business is fast and efficient i will always go here for my oil change!

Went in on what I imagine is your average busy Saturday. I was promptly greeted by Cass with a great smile. Car need to topped off on various fluids as well as an oil change. The team let me know what needed to be done and made sure I was OK with everything before they did it. Chance was one of the team members who worked on my car as well as Jeff. As a whole the team did great. They got me in and out in a timely fashion. Chance was very courteous and explained things that needed to be done. Great customer service. Jiffy can you contact me?

So thankful for Amanda and her team! I live out of town and sent my daughter here for her oil change and to check her headlight issue. Not only did they treat her and her vehicle like VIPs, the manager Amanda called me to inform me of any issues they found so I could address them later. Thank you for taking care of my family!! Yall rock!

Great, friendly staff. But it took forever so nothing "Jiffy" about it. There was a car ahead of me. But I was told they were just finishing up. So I expected to be served in a few minutes. The car ahead of me must have just gotten there. I was on my lunch hour. So I wished they would have told me there would be about a 45 min wait and I would have come back another time. Other than that, I think they did a good job.

Wow. Came here with some VERY normal questions about services provided. Turns out the employee out front checking people in at a jiffy lube in Kennewick, Washington is the world's most knowledgeable mechanic. She couldn't have been more pretentious and condescending. She really enjoyed the sound of her own rattling babble. If you are considering this jiffy lube just keep on driving. Maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
