Highly recommend! Our busy office cannot be without a scanner for a day, so we were very thankful for the fast service once we logged that call. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to find the problem and then showed us how to do a few other tricks to make our jobs easier. We were pleased, start to finish!
