Cute little place to buy fresh flowers for any occasion. Triple excellence service and outstanding customer service. ? satisfied and I will be back?. The arrangements are top notch and unique. Btw there is a coffee shop next to it.

Excellent service! I used this shop from a Google map search what flower shop was closer to my ladies work and could deliver for Valentine's Day while i was away for work. She said it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! She's happy makes me happy! Thank you Kennewick Flower Shop!

Maybe they forgot they were in the service industry the day I was in?The shop is great, it’s what you’d expect from a local shop. But what I didn’t expect was such poor customer service.I came in 35 minutes before the store closed. I said I needed a simple wrap of flowers to surprise my girlfriend with ASAP. Her first response was that their designer was in the bathroom.Then after I reiterated my request for a wrap she said the designer was done working for the day. I clarified they were open for over a half hour and she still refused to ask their designer if they could put together a quick wrap for me.Me, a polite paying customer, got turned away. In fact, I asked for shop recommendations. She recommended Shelby’s over on Edison. I went straight there. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday, there's a coupon for free delivery so I applied it to the order, imagine my surprise when I checked out there was a $24.95 service charge. Come on people, just be upfront with all your fee's!! FREE DELIVERY what a bunch of BS.

Kennewick Flower Shop did an amazing job for my mom’s funeral flowers. I had pictures and a vision and they created exactly what I wanted. They were beautiful and smelled amazing.

My daughter spent over $120 on this Mother's Day arrangement, exactly one week ago. Everything, except for some of the delphinium and the greenery, is dead. What a shame.... It started looking bad after just 3 days. A grocery store bouquet for a fraction of the cost would have lasted longer.

I just discovered this drive-thru coffee shop, in the back of a floral shop! The service was FAST, with a masked server (unlike those at Roaster's), and I received a tasty and reasonably priced cup of coffee. Way to go, guys!

On Dec 1 2021 I tried to call the Chamber of Commerce to get a recommendation for a floral shop there were eighteen choices. I gave up. Went to Google and Facebook. Then went online to the first shop listed and pulled up their page called the number spoke with the lady explained what I needed I am from out of state my daughter just moved there with a very stressful move having previously been injured and then now very ill with Covid. I just wanted to send a little bit of cheer and I was looking at the page in the floral arrangements and I asked her if I could get the one particular picture and she what’s the number and what’s the name and I said there’s nothing on it I want the one with the Liliy etc. she said “well that can’t be our page” I said I just called this number that I’m looking at on this page. “We’ll you have the wrong one.” she was extremely rude and could’ve cared less. I told her I was sorry for disturbing her and I hung up. Then I went to the next one (Kennewick Floral Shop) and long story short I believe the girl’sname was Tammy but I’m not positive. she was excellent and understood everything I wanted and it practically got there before I hung up! the service was wonderful. it was an expense I couldn’t really afford and they did a beautiful job and I just highly want to recommend them for caring and listening and providing such wonderful service definitely a five star rating. I think people should get used to finding a place in a town where someone has moved to deal direct and then you have someone that you can tell your family to try. this if you need it it’s good marketing as opposed to the first experience I had with the local Tri-City chamber and the other floral shop. Kennewick Floral shop has wonderful people and old fashioned customer service.
