Their ATM is always so slow, so far back from the path that you basically have to get out of your car to reach it, and has been down or malfunctioning a lot recently.

Went in too drop off a deposit at 2PM and was told I had to drive thru and leave it in the after hour deposit drop by what seemed to be the manager? She had a horrible attitude & said it very rudely. I don't understand why my deposit could not have just been taken inside if it was during business hours.

Opened a new account. Been waiting for my new debit card now for over 10 days. Called the branch and my card was never ordered. Don't recommend this bank.

Signing up was a ok process but I was told 2 times from the associate at the bank (who signed us up) that my debit card was sent out. I had to call customer service after over 2 weeks to get my card & she agreed to put a rush with no charge, I still have a $25 charge on my account for the rush that was not my fault. She told me it was never even sent out when the branch told me it was.
We did a external transfer from my other bank account & immediately called customer service to cancel it & they said they did. I was told since it was before 8pm it would go through the same day & could take 1-3 days. Well Keybank took $750 from my Key account & that reflects on my balance but the $750 credit is not showing in my balance hence overdrawing my account! Called customer service a hour on the phone they were rude & of no help. Called the branch was told today that a manager would call us back. We are still waiting for that call... So Keybank is holding up all of our money & we have nothing! Overdrew our account! We are buying a house right now we can’t have this happening. Today is 3 days just fix your mistakes & give us our money back please.
Jessica & Brittany at the branch were finally able to assist me with my issue after 4 days with key holding up all my money. I can’t say thank you enough to Jessica for taking the time & effort to figure out the problem so quickly (when no one else cared to) & fix it. Also They both reached back out to me to tell me it was taken care of. Thanks so much!!!
