Worst Experience. They don't honor phone made appointments. Uncaring staff. One star its to many! Walked out & will never go there again!

2 hour wait time for basic labs. What a joke. Interpath labs gets you in and out in under 10 minutes.

This particular office deserves a zero star based on my past two experiences. Very poor customer care, service and lack of Management oversite.Farther travel from Kennewick, but Richland office (across the street from Kadlec hospital) is a 5 star facility.

Walked in, signed in, was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Blood work was easy and staff was friendly.

Bad and disorganized service especially for pediatric care.Go to another place if you can!After they removed the reception staff, the service got even worse. I think the employees do what they can with the demand.Their system is ineffective. There is no follow-up, customer service, or care for the patient. It seems they don't have people who know how to draw blood from children on Saturdays.The first time we went in the early morning and even my daughter was fasting and we have an appointment we have to wait a long time. When they called the collection room, my daughter, who is autistic, started to get very nervous, not only because of the anxiety of the moment but because of the stress of waiting and a crowded reception that don't even have a place to sit.The Phlebotomist tried to start the procedures, but my daughter was scared and she asked us to leave the room and wait at the reception again until my daughter calmed down to come back and try to draw the blood again.Because of the crowd, my daughter was even more agitated and we do not have anyone to assist or help.I decided to leave the facility and take my daughter to school since she was missing class.During the week I tried a couple of times to contact customer service to come back and try again, and calls always went to voicemail.No one got in touch either, to advise when we could go, maybe? Following up?I decided to try on Saturday because I thought it would be less crowded. My Portal didn't allow me to schedule a children's appointment on Saturday. Anyway, I decided to try again since it was still in the same week previously our first visit.When I got there on the following Saturday, they said beforehand that they would not do anything without an appointment and I try to explain our situation. There were about 3 people there and no patient and they refused to perform the procedure claiming that they did not attend without an appointment besides, they looked at the "Order" and in one of the acronyms of the exams they have doubts and need to check with the clinic and the doctor to see what it is and because we were on a weekday I have to try during week so they could call the clinic and understand what the doctor "want to see".To me, this seems like an excuse not to have the procedure done.I made another appointment on the following Monday and again even though my daughter was a child and fasting, the portal only gave us 9:30 and up as an option.I decided to arrive at 8:30 and see if we had a chance to be seen earlier. It was again very full and without a place to sit. And even so, we had to stay until 9:30 which we had scheduled, and then when we were called to the collection room, the attendant informs us that the clinic did not receive my daughter's "order"!? So why wasn't I told this from the beginning?So many unnecessary glitches that could have been fixed since the first time. But they cannot take care of everything, administration, care, blood collection, and patient follow-up. They also don't offer an active customer service system to help to get information and schedule the best option for everyone. I am very disappointed and I don't understand how services like this are still available to the public. A shame. I am glad we are not going back here!

This place needs to be put out of business by an organization that can get the job done with efficient and solid customer service. I cannot understand what happened here. A real looser.

I honestly really like the self check-in area they have. The lab was SUPER busy and it seemed like an all hands on deck kind of day. So not having to wait to check in was nice.They were super professional and even went above and beyond to help and reassure a nice older lady who was so confused about what was happening.The waiting room is very small, but I don't think it's fair to judge them on a building layout they have no control over.

This place needs some help...They have no one working the reception area. Place was super crowded when arrived and not enough seating for customers. Wait time was 8-10 mins if you had an appointment. Staff was MOSTLY pleasant, it isn't easy having your blood drawn so you would think the environment would be extra inviting....You know, friendly staff at reception, place to sit while you wait, working water fountain...I don't know??? Maybe that is just my PollyAnna attitude working overtime.

I waited at the Zintel location for an hour after signing in on a paper. When the lady took me back to draw she told me I had to go somewhere else because the ordering doctor was at a different Kadlec Clinic. She said there was a sign so I should have known. I hope this helps others so they know ONLY labs ordered by a doctor in that clinic will be drawn there.

After looking at the reviews for this location (Grandridge) I was not sure I wanted to go there for my annual blood draw. In the reviews I saw that you could (should) make an appointment. I made a same day appointment. I was in and out of the location in under 10 minutes. It couldn't have been better. The staff were polite and professional. Thanks

Absolutely avoid this lab! The wait time is absurd! Wait Wait Wait Wait..... They seem to have no interest in any communication while you wait and wait and wait!
