We were on a girl's mini vacation and had troubles with breaks, went in to have it fixed. Service was great, it was also enjoyable watching the large amount of good looking men work. 🤣

The people here at the Clearwater/Kennewick location are awesome! Came in with trailer tires - tech met me at the car and insisted he carry them in for me and another tech met me as I pulled in the parking lot to fetch my tires while I checked out. The sales associate also made sure to let me what I do and don’t need for trailer tires and options that could save me a little money! Very nice and friendly staff.

This is the kennewick les schwab. Went to get a quote and set up an appointment to get rear breaks done on a truck. They gave me a quote just over $900 and a date and time. Came in before my appointment time was told about 3 hours to do the job. They dont even touch the truck for 1hour 20min. So what's the point of making an appointment? So then they start the work and take it apart and come and tell me it's going to be another $300. AND REFUSE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER UNLESS I PAY THE $300 MORE. Nothing but scammers. On top of all that and spending 6 hours in their store, the following day I drove an hour to a job location, got there parked, went to get stuff out of the back of the truck, and fluid all over the back of the truck, so I looked under the truck, rear breaks saturated in break fluid. So now they scammed me and could have killed me. Then spent 7 hours at another les schwab having them fix kennewicks mess, having to wait longer because the parts are coming from an hour away. I have always had problems with the kennewick location, this is the 3rd time they have put bad parts in vehicles I have taken them. Because of the kennewick location I will never bring a vehicle to les schwab again!

Always amazed that they’ll fix a flat for free. They told me it would take an hour, which is about what I assumed, and it even took less than that. These guys are amazing.
