The employee there is not friendly and I was looking at clothes while an employee tells me and grabs my clothes and takes them somewhere else and looks at you as if you were taking something from the store. It was my first time and the last time I go to Loft. How unpleasant, really.

I used to shop exclusively at Loft. Now it seems they get stuck in a color scheme or style (boxy) which limits your choices if the style doesn't compliment your body type or you don't like the limited color selection.

Ordered a dress and no one gave me a tracking number I had to buy a dress from pasco wa to replace her dress and I finally get a response days later still no tracking number

I had an amazing experience at this store. The selection was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to assist. I appreciate the excellent customer service and look forward to shopping here again in the future.

Last Saturday I went shopping for jeans (without kids) for the first time in at least 5 years. I wasn’t really looking forward to it but have felt really drab for some time.The team that was there set up the dressing room really nice so I could see everything. They checked on me and got different sizes.I left feeling really taken care of and so happy/confident about my purchases.

I hope the store manager or district lead reads this.I visited on 8/27/21 around 5pm. Not good when you first walk in and you hear employees complaining that they still have two hours left in their shift. Signage was incorrect, which I asked about. Of the two employees there, the young lady (who looked like she did not want to be there) said “it was not her fault because she had just come back from being off for two days but went and grabbed the sign off the shirts which said regular priced shirts were discounted. I confirmed that the jeans signage was correct. The young man seemed pleasant, but still would rather be elsewhere. I would expect LOFT employees to be more welcoming, excited about the product, and eager to sell. I decided not to buy. I needed work clothes but I’d rather buy on the website, at least I’d feel more “welcome” there.

If you're looking for professional clothing, this the place to go to. Well made garments, good quality materials, great selection, good service and they have petite sizes.

If I could give zero stars for this review I would. The person who appeared to be the manager was snappy with other sales people and so unprofessional. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help or even offered to help once I was in the dressing room. I should’ve left without purchasing anything. (Unfortunately this brand is one of a few that carries petite sizes or I would’ve left.) The check out process was the worst. The sales person who appeared to be the manager was condescending and rude. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I won’t purchase from this location again maybe even other LOFT stores because of my bad experience.

I just left this store and am not leaving with a positive experience. The clothing was nice enough but the salespeople were completely inattentive and unfriendly. They did not greet me when I walked in nor asked if I needed any assistance as they passed me on the sales floor. When I walked into the dressing room the attendant looked at me as if I was in the wrong place and acted as if I should just know that I'm supposed to walk in to try things without letting them count how many items I have. Very lame experience, I didn't buy a thing and I won't come back

The clothes at Loft really appeal to me, especially the shirts & tops. Great selection of sizes & a terrific sale today! Staff is friendly & helpful.I don't know why I don't think to shop here more often! Also, they have a really unique "Give Back" program where you pack gently used clothing & accessories in a box and use the label from the store to ship postage paid. They distribute to those in need. How great is that?!?! Ask about the program when you go to the store. They will explain & give you label. Glad I asked about it!!!
