I have to say WOW she’s so beautiful. They did an amazing job !!!. They went above and beyond , she looks brand new. The pricing was fair and the timing was perfect. I’m so happy I decided to give them a call after some shopping around and honestly wish I would’ve just come to Maaco first. The owner is so wonderful, so helpful. You won’t find a better shop. I’ve added before and after photos.

dropped a company vehicle off there on the 27th of december and it’s currently the 13th of january that’s fine i knew it would take a bit for our claims department to approve it and the maco techs would do good work on the vehicle hopefully however i’ve called repeatedly to get a answer when the vehicle will be done and the lady says she’ll call me back. I’ve done this several times as my manager asks me for an update on the vehicle which prompts me to call maco and get an update. however when i do i speak to a lady who says she’ll speak to the techs or whoever and she’ll call me back. After 2 or 3 times of this, this is the reason for a 1 star review. If you say you’ll call someone back you should follow through. i understand i’m not the only customer but it falls to the company call the customer back if they say they’ll call someone back.

The paint job is very nice but the interior of my truck, the front window, and bed of truck were very dirty. It also appears like the front window may have some sand blasting type marks, but it only can be seen when the sun is low in the sky. I cleaned most of the truck so it is looking much better. Again the paint job looks good! Thanks

I experienced a hit-n-run, which impacted my bumper and driver side quarter panel. My vehicle was operating fine. The following was my timeline:Aug 25, 2023 - Hit n run took place/reported to insurance.Sept 29 - Called several local businesses to do body work. Most places had availability 5+ months out.Nov 29 - Called Maaco to understand what their appointment process was like.- Advised to come by anytime with hours of operation provided.Dec 2, 2023 - Stopped by at 11:30 am to get preliminary pictures and estimate to compare with existing claim details. Told to return to the shop on December 26th, 2023.Dec 18, 2023 - Called to make sure the 26th was still okay to drop the car off.Dec 26 - Dropped vehicle off after hours. Left key in drop box.Dec 27 - Pre-diagnostics were completed in compliance with Subaru's requirements, but I was never notified of this.Jan 8, 2024 - Called twice. Once in the morning at 8:05, no one answered. Called again at lunch (around 11), still no updates, called to confirm if there was anything needed from me to help with insurance, etc. Was told there was a delay due to the holidays, but that they (the insurance company) was working on it and was told if I wanted to, I could engage my insurance adjuster to speed things along.Jan 9 - Called the insurance adjuster and left a message. There was high call volume.Jan 10 - Called Maaco to follow up because I hadn't heard anything and was curious if they had. Still no updates.Jan 15 - I received an email from my insurance company stating that payment had been issued to Maaco for repairs. Due to the lack of communication, I chose not to re-contact Maaco just to see how long it would take for someone to tell me my vehicle was being worked on.Jan 23 - Called Maaco again. Was told this day, 27 days after pre-diagnostics was completed, that my car has something wrong with the locking mechanism on my trunk. This was discovered on December 27, and it was never included with any claims with the insurance company.I stated my vehicle was fully functional when it was dropped off for repairs. No one has attempted to communicate anything to me with regards to progress or lack thereof. I told the lady at the front desk, whom I've spoken to many times, that she failed to report this experience to me the many times we've had conversations. I then inquired as to why this was not reported on the claim submitted to insurance. Logic says that either: A. The locking mechanism failure is a result of the hit-n-run associated with the bumbper damage. or B. Maaco damaged my vehicle.Again, I was told she would re-submit the claim and that she "would let me know"."Jan 24 - Maaco contacted! Said my insurance won't cover the lock. Nor the "upcharge" they attach on pre and post scans of vehicles.Jan 25 -engage Maaco coorporate customer service. They refused to do anything. Paige referred to me as "The customer" multiple times during the call. Also, kept saying "Going forward". She was a nice enough lady, in that she was articulate, but there was a severe disconnect from wanting to connect with the issue. "Feedback would be taken" and she would be happy, going forward, to make sure that others were aware of "The Customer's" concern. ?Jan 26 - called to tell them to finish the work originally agreed to.Jan 27 - paint was "being finished" this day. Asked about lock.Jan 28 - Technician found that the actuator has over extended, causing the lock to jamb up. Per Subaru's website, it seems to be a common problem with this model. The Subaru website states, "The electric trunk release actuator can cause your trunk lock to fail.". (Google this phrase to see how common.)Jan 29 - said I only wanted work done as discussed, and the vehicle returned in working condition.Feb 15 - got my car back. And the lock was working. Paid in exact cash to avoid additional fees.A tiny bit darker on one side, but fine otherwise.Long/short: Yeah, they'll do the work. Be proactive about co
