I used to work at the Walla Walla Macy's, and now I can see this store in Kennewick going down too... the variety is small and simple, cutting back a lot. The Backstage area feels like you're shopping at discounted store.... no longer feels the the Macy's I know (former employee of 11 yrs)

Macys online WILL steal your money. Do not support macys! Instead of giving me a refund for a return, using their account sign up to get free returns, I got a partial refund and store credit. For what? I'm never returning to your store. I want my money refunded to me in full. I paid 70.53, I want 70.53 back.

Okay.. I hardly ever do reviews, but this time I had to.. what a disastrous and horrible experience yesterday looking for a pair of Levi jeans.. the many racks were a mess of mixed up sizes and styles, packed so tight I made my neck sore trying to find a pair of low rise in a shorter length! The stacks and piles were a disaster too.. I left with nothing, and will never put myself thru the stress of that again.. what a waste of almost 2 hrs!
