Went to the Kennewick branch — great customer service.
Was for just an “oil change”… was supposed to have an appointment but apparently google instead calls Spokane branch for some reason but they got me in pretty fast still.
Thank you for the quality service and customer service.
Would go back here over the dealership. ?

What a rip off. I already had the problem diagnosed. Just needed a battery and a multimeter. They took advantage of the situation because my wife called for road side service. They charged me 3 times for the service call. 2 shop hours to come out, then another service fee for mileage and 3rd for drive time. Service guy told me that its standard for shops to charge 3 times for service fees. Then the mechanic takes credit for my diag with 1.25hr shop fee. Total charged was $875 for them to bring me a battery and swap a fuse that was already on the truck. Will not be recommending this shop to fellow drivers. Will actually put this up on couple of the Facebook groups I'm apart of so drivers don't make the same mistake.

Greatest Regret Ever!! Took my truck in for suspension service. When I got home. There were loose nuts and bolts EVERYWHERE. please don't take your car into this shop. Not unless you wanna see your tire fly across the highway.

Hello, this is my honest opinion no my 2916 Duramax cp4 pump went out ... Brought my truck into the shop for them to install cp3 pump up grade ... $13000 latter received my truck though everything was good!! Well it was truck is running so no issues right well this is where my review comes into play I put exhaust upgrade to my truck Del etc... Right to find out the job that I paid 13k for was a hack job different screws where install and wire clamps not put back on get the point all over thank God I got rid of all of it .. fyi watch out for there workmanship!! Good luck..

I decide to try this company and have them work on my duramax, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, everything started out just fine, customer service was mediocre, thats not the issue here though. It seemed like they took a fancy to the truck because they then tried to buy it from me when i was being handed the bill (just shy of 11k). When I told them I didn't want to sell, they then denied me futher service and refused to finish their work. When I go to pick up my truck I can't even drive away in it, crank no start. So this past week, Finally had the money to take it into another shop to have them look at it, THEY SHOVED RAGS IN MY TURBO DOWNPIPE AND UP PIPE AND DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID. Talk about money down the drain, fire this staff and close this shop, ITS A SCAM!Services: Steering & suspension repair

PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Dropped off vehicle with no problems for routine 67,500 mile service. Front desk indicated they were familiar with service performed 2/3 of service with no idea of 3rd part of service needed. Called me and said when vehicle was brought in in the morning it was sputtering (not true) after 5 hours and an apology they informed me 3rd part of service (I alerted them to) would be $500 upon bringing vehicle back was told it would now be $900 (they're mistake) I refused that service, very unorganized, unprofessional, would not trust them to change my oil from here on out.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Decided to try this company for my diesel rigs as I have many, I’m assuming based on the reviews other mechanics are on top of it! However, if you’re dealing with Mike in the diesel department who seems to be inconvenienced that he has to work on rigs or maybe he feels he is irreplaceable not sure what it is. He seems to just throw your truck back together and hope for the best because we made the mistake of taking it twice and lost big. He doesn’t recommend anything or inspect anything further than what you take it in for. Why not Inspect a vehicle while you have it apart? I know so you can keep coming back to him and charge you labor for tear down.Service: Engine repair

Had our truck in to mad mechanics this month. They were great, kept us informed every step of the way and when we experienced a problem after picking it up, they helped us resolved it quickly. Would highly recommend.Services: Engine repair

Took our semi in for a exhaust manifold leaf, I respect a shop that wants to actually look at a job then to give a bid that is way off. They are working our truck in while we are in town.

Wasn't impressed much with experience. Presented vehicle with list of concerns. Picked it up and realized concern hadn't been resolved. Brought vehicle back and listened to what was explained as fixed. The bill and the work didn't exactly reconcile, with the main concern and reason for being brought in still unresolved. Saving grace was the fact the owner reached out after the concerns were brought to another employees attention. Overall low marks for the charge/"repair" ratio and attempt to explain off why it was handled this way.
