Facials are great! They made my skin look so good! Front desk 10 out of 10! New management, new front desk all so nice. Massage therapist are so sweet and so kind, They really get the job done with all the sore muscles in my back. Highly recommend on trying them. At first, I was iffy because of the previous comments, but so glad I tried them out. Definitely going to continue on coming:)))

Horrible experience when management has to ask a worker how to do her job (1 star the manager). Front desk girl is really nice and always welcomes me in by my name. Which has never happened and the therapist Darcy is who I decided to keep as my therapist(5 stars front desk and Darcy)

New Management, new ownership, some new staff, and it is awesome!! Never need to go anywhere else after stopping here!!! These therapists will make you feel whichever you need? Need an energizing massage on your lunch break? They got you. Need to relax and feel less stressed? They’ll put you on another planet momentarily. It is so nice. ??♀️ ?? Never need any other spa! Best in town!

I have wanted to try this place for years. I finally got the chance and I honestly don't see why I ever need to go anywhere else for a massage! The front desk staff was wonderful! They greeted me warmly and went out of their way to make me comfortable for the short wait before my massage. I chose a 90 minute massage with Mercedes and it was spectacular! After my massage I inquired about their memberships and add-on services. The manager took the time to explain how the membership works and what each of the add-ons entailed. She was very knowledgeable pleasant to talk to. Although I did end up buying a membership, I never felt pressured or coerced in any way. I was definitely impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. I am looking very forward to my next visit!!! I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone! 10/10 for an overall amazing experience!

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. This place is TRASH!! Not only have I had issues with this place but also my husband who had a membership had issues too. This place will try to scam you and make up weird and false information on the fly. The whole business is sketchy and unprofessional. Don’t go here!

I got a 6 months membership here and have been going for about 3 months now. I like it, my only gripe is the timing.I pay for an hour massage, but when I finally get pulled to the back, they include undressing and getting on the bed in the time. So like last time, I got pulled in 3 minutes late, no biggie to me usually. But then they stopped the massage on the hour, I realized that the 10-15 min spent waiting, then going back, getting undressed, then them coming in and getting things ready, is part of the 60 minutes I paid for.So that left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, I have worked with three different massage therapists because of my schedule, and they were all great. Time theft is my only issue with this business. And they all did the same thing, so it makes me think that it's a company policy not the individual therapists policy.

Do NOT do business with Massage Envy of Kennewick!!!I made the appointment yesterday at 3 for today at noon. I told them on the phone I have never been to their place and never had a massage. I asked if there was anything I needed to know or do before going and I was told No.When I get there, I'm informed I have to wear a mask! I told them I can't, so I would need to cancel and reschedule when masks weren't required there. She then informed me I would have to pay for the appointment anyway, since it was less than a 24 hour cancelation!A non-member fee was $140 and a member fee was $80! She said since there was only $70 on my Gift Card, they "only charged me $70" and kept my card!!!I told her it would have been nice had they told me on the phone yesterday when I made the appointment and ASKED if there was anything I needed to know!She said it would have told me that in the Text Reminder. However - I never GOT a text Reminder! I took a snapshot of all my texts from yesterday and today!Going to tell EVERYONE I know what a poor excuse for a company they are!!!

Very beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. Price is extremely high for the quality of work. My 90 minute was 240.00 I would never pay this much but they do take HSA (insurance) and it's the end of the year so I needed to use it instead of losing it...the massage and therapist was kind and professional but on the phone I specially asked for medium to firm pressure...and I got light. It was super relaxing but not what I came in for.

I made 3 appointments 2 weeks ago for a Saturday. Could only get 1 massage and 2 facials. The reason for only 1 massage is they only have people 2 do massages on a weekend. You would think they have more. Then to get called saying I can't get the massage cause someone quit. Sounds like this place is going downhill!!

Still enforce mask rules. The massage was decent, not balanced on timing one leg would get worked well the other like 20 seconds. Expensive. Rather just go to a normal masseuse, not a "spa".

Massage was great! Wait wasn't too bad and comfortable sitting in tranquility room. Melissa gets a 5 star for quality massage. Front desk a 3 star, just asked for a tip too many times! Felt like I couldn't leave until I tipped, and I had already tipped Melissa, generously, in the massage room. ??

I purchased a membership for my mother a few years ago, and it remains current. My mother will not go into their establishment due to covid. I have $2000 worth of services that I have paid for. I have tried to contact their regional manager for over 2 years now. With absolutely no respones. I am told in order to use the services I have already paid for, I will have to continue to pay for more while the exsisting paid services are used. They refuse to help remedie the situation. I've asked to transfer the services into name, bit am told I have to pay for a $70 a month membership to and 20 a month after to freeze the account. I have asked to have the account balance added to a gift card so it can be used without paying for a further service we do not want or need. The ethics behind this company are strued and highly unethical. Times are hard and they are doing nothing but making times harder for us. Specially since we have been a loyal consumer for years. This is how they treat the people keeping them in business. Save your money and use it where you are treated like a loyal customer. Not bullied into spending more money you don't have to recup the money you've already spent. Happy to take this down when this unethical company makes a honest remedie to this on going problem.

I want to like this place but it needs improvements.First off it’s too expensive. Second, if it’s going to be expensive, it better be great- and it is not. Massage just ok, ambiance just ok, and I actually received exactly a 45 minute massage disguised as a 60 minute massage. Disappointed.
