Ben guided us through the options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we tried the mattresses that actually fit our needs. This our second bedding purchase from Mattress Firm. We were able to try several mattresses and an adjustable base. I felt we received the information needed to make an informed decision as my wife is recovering from a stroke.

So this review is a little late. So I was looking to purchase a bed and frame but was looking around the right type and a special to be going on. I saw that Nectar was having a 4th of July sale going on but I wanted to purchase something locally. Joe, who I later found out was a manager at Kennewick store was filling in at the Walla Walla store during the time frame I purchased the bed. I came into the store wanting to support a local business and Joe was able to price match the sale and really helped me find the options I needed. Even with some delay he was there to help make sure I got everything. A++ customer service and saleman. If you have to go anywhere to get a new bed, I would recommend this business over them all.

From start to finish mattress firm was great. They helped me find what I was looking for. Even though I came back in the next day & was second guessing my decision. A Mattress firm employee helped me & talked to me about everything again & I decided to upgrade my choice of bed frame. This made his job a little more complicated, but he managed to get me a bed that I was happy with & kept it within my budget. They even made sure the payments were low enough for me. Can't wait to get my bed.

Me and my wife were looking for a new mattress because ours was just not cutting it anymore. Our experience here was awesome! Make sure you find Joe when you need a new mattress! Super helpful, willing to help in any way he can! Probably the best part is nobody pressured us to make a purchase. They simply wanted us to find out which bed would work for us and let us decide. Overall if I ever need a mattress in tri cities again im calling Joe!
