Max Air Trampoline Park is a good place to bring kids for a few hours so they can be active, social, and have fun. It is a great option for a family outing. The facility is smaller than some trampoline parks but operates well and is very clean, with staff seen sanitizing the trampolines. There is a large area of trampolines and a convenient, gated-off kiddie area for those under 48 inches, which is well-monitored to ensure younger children are protected. This designated area is nice for toddlers, though it contains a jungle obstacle course setup rather than trampolines. The park can get packed with kids ages 5-15, which makes for a pretty fun atmosphere, especially on the dodgeball court. The staff is friendly, attentive, helpful, and polite, and attentive to jumper safety. Free lockers are provided. For food and beverages, there are only vending machines, including for energy drinks and water, unless booking a party package which includes pizza. The park also has crane machines and credit card-operated massage chairs. There are not a ton of spaces for adults to hang out, though some note the jump area setup is good for avoiding jarring transitions that can bother knees. Overall, it is a bouncy, fun place where kids have a great time, which is what matters most. Many families indicate they will definitely go back.
It's a good place to bring your kids for a few hours so they can be active, social, and have fun! I have no complaints. We've been to this location about 5 times.

There is also a smaller area just for kids which is nice but no trampoline In that are just a jungle obstacle course... read full comment
