I would like to say thank you to Judith for her assistance when my wife and I purchased are new phones. My wife and I were both amazed the way Judith also wrote down information for us just in case my wife and I missed some information that AT&T was providing over are phone and then handing the notes to my wife as a back up information. I was on the phone with customer service for two days..they couldn't help me...I finally went into the store on Clearwater and Melissa and Asalia got it done in five minutes. I showed up 5 minutes before the store closed and they were there with smiles and helped me. It's nice to know people still appreciate goòd customer seevice..Thank you girls...

I've been going to this store for the past couple of months and this location has treated me amazing. They have helped me with my plan helping me get the most for what I'm paying and helped call customer service for me and resolve the issues I was having 10/10 customer service

I've been using T-Mobile since November 2022 and have had issues with my bill every freaking month! It never stays consistent and they're always finding a way to upcharge me! I'm stuck in a contract now until my phone is paid off and so I feel like I'm just being screwed each and every way around! AND they can never pull up my bill directly or my account. I have to pull up what's on my phone to show them what their company is doing! I do not recommend going to this store ever!!
