“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”

“The plants here are stunning and well cared for. Tom, one of the owners, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He’ll tell you what you need and don’t need when it comes to planting and gardening. I found some beautiful perennials for my front yard. I had to stop myself from filling up more than one cart.”
