Today at Office Depot I received the most kind, helpful and thoughtful service. Hailey and Jace were so helpful, making sure to take care of my printing project from beginning to end in such a fast turn around. They, and in turn Office Depot, were part of a tender mercy in a time of sorrow as we prepared a funeral program for my Grandmother-in-law.

I wish their sharpie stand was full. I came in for some simple yellows and oranges and didn't want to buy a whole pack. Otherwise very organized store.

Daniel and Zaedynn were amazing. Super helpful and kind. I haven’t had that nice of service in years. Highly recommend asking for their assistance, can’t get better service.

Just went here after the craft stores failed me to find some supplies for a craft project and the employee there Kyle, went above and beyond and was so kind and helpful! Kyle was eager to assist and went above and beyond. Really made my day and saved me from having to take another trip somewhere else. Thank you so much Kyle! :)

It has been a few weeks since I had this great experience at the store. In a world full of jaded people it is nice to have such a pleasent experience that really left its mark with me. I had an emergency printing for the local Sci Fi and Gaming convention RadCon. Daniel and Hailey while very busy listen to my blight, and came to the rescue. You see RadCon's regular printing service had made a mistake and gave us multiple copies of a three page poster and we were stuck with the same right side of our grid three times. I was certain that doom for the gaming room was at hand. Thanks to these wonderful employees the gaming part of the convention was a complete success. Naturally I was pleased to learn that emergency printing was possible and gladly payed the 25% fee to jump ahead. Thanks and again Daniel and Hailey, you both are superstars and champions of industry!

BOUGHT AN OFFICE CHAIR (MAYBE 3 WKS AGO) OVER $300, CAN'T EXCHANGE BECAUSE IT IS PUT TOGETHER AND SINCE WE DIDN'T BUY THE IN STORE WARRANTY, WE HAVE TO CALL THE MANUFACTURING TO SEE ABOUT GETTING IT REPLACED AS THE GAS CYLINDER IS LEAKING AND CHAIR DOESN'T STAY UP. THE ASSOCIATE I SPOKE WITH DIDN'T OFFER TO HELP ME GET THE MANUFACTURE PHONE NUMBER WHEN ASKED, HE STATED I DON'T KNOW WHAT CHAIR YOU BOUGHT...HE SHOULD OF ASKED, LET'S SEE WHAT I CAN FIND OUT...WHAT CHAIR DID YOU PURCHASE? CAN'T GET THRU THE STORE ON THE PHONE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER....WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO LEAVE 1 STAR, EXCEPT THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED US WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CHAIR WAS VERY NICE!

We were specifically shopping for office furniture for a very picky person. I wanted her to try sitting in the chairs to test ergonomics, but she couldn't get past the limited color selection lol. I was disappointed that we couldn't find more sit/stand desk options, but I thought it was a surprisingly wide variety of styles, colors, and features for the chairs.

Jaime, the checkout clerk was helpful and informative. He did a great job. Their walk in prices are higher than online prices even if you do 30 minute in store pick up. That is a little confusing.

Visiting from the East coast and came to Kennewick WA store with my friend to purchase an office chair and chair mat. Service was exceptional! Daniel, Tiffany and Brandon were all very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. They are clearly an asset to this store and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Highly recommend this store and staff - I would give ten stars if I could!
