“I needed a desk for my home office, and reached out to Bella's. I setup an appointment with Dwight, and he and I met to find the right desk for me. We picked out the desk that I thought would work, but Dwight expressed concerns about it fitting in my office. We checked together and sure enough, it was a few inches too big. We found a nicer desk that would fit in the office, and Dwight discounted this desk to the same price as the one I wanted. Dwight is a friendly and outgoing guy that truly cares about his customers and the level of service they get. My favorite part of the whole experience was when they wiped down the desk before they left. Just a little bit of that personal touch that made things perfect, and I felt like I was their only customer. Kind of nice to get treated that way.”
