I am a frequent customer at the pandora box stores in the tri cities. The owner and employees are all great with their customer service and friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is great and they have a large selection of many different products. I definitely recommend this business!

If I could leave a zero star rating I would set up a appointment with the owner to sell some of my glass art and drove from Walla Walla just to have the owner not even there and when the employee contacted the owner the owner said just come back tomorrow well as someone who works for a living that's not even possible not to mention the waste of gas that's not cheap zero stars and not likely to return

Amazing place with excellent service. The gentleman I was helped by was very patient even though I asked way too many questions. They were able to make meaningful suggestions and they were very attentive. This is a place that will be my new permanent stop.

First time first impressions were great! Big selection of items for all your smoke needs, and even some extras. Wish I got the name of the woman who helped me, she was awesome in helping me find what I need, and answered all my questions - very knowledgeable ?.

Lady with the green hair extremely rude I just turned 18 a year ago and she had to ask for my ID 3 times and almost didn't let me in the store. Terrible customer service. If your number one job is to ID people and do the math and you can't even do that without an attitude customer service is not your cup of tea. Will not be coming here again. Please advise.
