Friendly staff and clean store. My criticism is continually out of stock dry goods in the aquatics section of the store. Maybe it's a summer thing lol. Great location right in the middle of the competition.

Went to go get my yorkies haircut here by Arica and she did a BEYOND fantastic job! I’m literally so obsessed, my little guy looks so freaking handsome and she’ll definitely be our new regular groomer. She was professional, super sweet, and very knowledgeable about helping us figure out what kind of style we wanted for his cut. Seriously DO NOT hesitate to make the appointment with her! We’re very lucky to have found such an amazing groomer. Thank you again Arica ☺️

So I’ve shopped at this store since they opened & me & my sister both went in there to ask questions about their return policy before buying Anything! The manager that we talked with was a nice woman & said we could bring back Any food that was OPENED or UNOPENED!! No questions asked & it would be donated no problem to a shelter!! However after a few months or so I returned to the store & I decided to buy a different dog food than my dog normally eats thinking that I could return it. This time there was a new manager there it was a gentleman, and he kept trying to get me to buy the store brand dog food that I didn’t want. He was very pushy about it, and I almost had to kind of fight with him about the fact that I didn’t want to get that brand, so I bought the brand that I wanted to originally and my dog didn’t like it so I went to return it & the manager was VERY RUDE & said absolutely not!! We do not do that here! I will be buying my dog food elsewhere from now on because I know Petco & Petsmart will take any food back if it makes your dogs sick or doesn’t like it Don’t even get me started on Customer Service awful Is it understatement! Me and my sister went in there on a different day & there was a gentleman standing at the checkout counter for 20 minutes And we thought OK maybe they’re getting him something, but that wasn’t the case me and my sister looked all over the store and didn’t find one person They were all in the back doing whatever for 20 Minutes I will be taking my business elsewhere & so will my sister

I went to return some fish that did not survive after the initial purchase. I was told to bring my receipt after going over the return policy. Brought pictures with time stamps of fish. Upon coming to fulfil the refund/replace. The cashier left their post for a few min to talk to the manager. Came back w/o said manager telling me the policy was different than explained prior. I need to have my dead fish and a sample of the water. In other words, I had to keep a rotting fish(es) and bring my water to prove I didn’t kill my fish before a replacement came. Pet Supply was going to make me haggle over $6 of fish over a policy they didn’t tell me and a manager that didn’t have the decency to resolve customer service issues. 1/5 stars. Don’t go if you like good customer service. Tri-Cities has better options.
