Store feels dirty as you walk in, clutter down aisles, at times long lines with 1 cashier helping everyone.

I was quoted approximately $58 when I made the grooming appointment for my dog. When I picked her up they had tacked on an extra $18 . that I was "NOT TOLD ABOUT" NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL "NEVER" GO BACK TO PETCO GROOMING. ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER WILL TELL ONE, A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WILL TELL 10.

There were wildly different types of personalities of the employees that were there and I wanted to tell one off but I didn't. It just came down to the cashier being blunt and abrupt with any kind of customer service. The employee on the floor helped me a lot and helped me find the right lights for my bearded dragons at home.

Pricely, but convenient. Customer service is good and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very nice and everything is stocked nicely and in a good location throughout the store.

Petco has the best selection of food for my cats and dogs. I love that they have a variety to choose from and the employees at Petco are always willing to help you find what you need or want. I also love the fact that Petco is not too far away from where I live, so it is quick to get to. Keep up your great service Petco!
