Do NOT go here if you are looking to get your standard poodle groomed. On Thursday June 26th 2025 I asked for a grooming appointment and stated I don’t want him shaved. Not only did they not listen to what I wanted they also said they couldn’t finish the cut. This should be a crime making a dog look this. They suggested I give him sedatives and coming back on another day which is probably against their policy. I also asked if they could just wash him and they said No to that too. After this I called my Groomer in Texas (which he goes to once a month when I am home). She said they just rushed him and this is before I said he was there less than a hour. To sum it all up don’t take you Standard Poodle here to get groomed or just a bath. This place has doesn’t care about your pets and just wants to get them done quickly as possible.

Got parakeets, and they are so cute to have they make sounds that I love to hear and cuddles if the bird will let you. Takes more patience than I thought, but itso worth it. With cages, though, the lady there told me to get a really big cage for 2 parakeets. Wasn't happy about that, but still and OK store

Went here to get my daughter a hamster. Service was slow. Waited probably close to 10 minutes for someone to help me, and then I get the 3rd degree on why I am buying the hamster? Apparently, PetSmart trains their employees to be certified zoo keepers before they can start work? We've had hamsters before and know how to take care of them. We have a large glass tank for it. Don't sit there and tell me that hamsters need "X" amount of room to live in when you literally have "hamster cages" for sale on the shelf that are less than half the size of the tank I have.

the rodent cages are horrible :( the wheels are too small for all them and they sell those awful colorful cages that are meant to attract children which are too small and easy for a hamster/rat/mouse to break out of. also the flooring given to chinchillas is something they’d probably eat :/ the fact it’s more ethical to steal the animals than buying them it sad

The animals are well cared for, cages are well kept, and every staff member seems to have some information about animals that they are passionate about sharing.
This is also one of the two locations that sell Nulo dog and cat food which is a wonderful healthy choice for my pets. The store could use some deep cleaning but I don't they have the approved hours/staff to keep up.
They also host adoptions, traing classes, and do pet grooming.

Chase helped me tremendously today, both in helping me pick out what I needed for my Daughters large turtle, 75 gallon tank and stand, plus accessories. He also was VERY helpful loading up these items into my truck. Thank you Chase.

Took our puppy for a trim around his eyes, a nail trim & bath. Picked him up 3 hours later to the hair on his head shaved off, when she told me they wouldn’t use clippers because it would scare him since he’s still a puppy. Also was shedding so much, when he doesn’t shed & so I came home & bathed him & he smelled like dog & bathtub was full of dirt. I’m sure they didn’t even bathe him. He came back home super scared & sad. Won’t be taking him there again.
