This is an amazing little shop for baby clothes and accessories. As soon as you walk in you know you’re buying something great for the little ones in your life. Also, they have an amazing seamstress! I came into this shop on word of mouth. I brought 3 full leather jobs for her. She took us in on the spot and knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend this place! I’d give 10 out of five stars! Best customer service in the Tri Cities!

Im a first time mom who was super nervous and had so much anxiety about having my car seat on right. Lisa is a CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician) who helped my family install our baby's new car seat since he had outgrown his infant one. Lisa truly cares about child safety and will help you regardless if you bought the car seat with her or not. She made sure both my husband and I felt comfortable with installing the car seat and making sure baby was in correctly. On top of all that, the store has way too many cute items ❤️ I cannot recommend pipsqueaks enough!

After a horrible experience at uptown shoe repair, a friend recommended that I take my 50 yr old leather motorcycle jacket to pipsqueaks. She did a wonderful job and only took a few days! She fixed all the seams that had come loose, even fixed the end of the sleeves that had worn out!
I highly recommend her for leather repair!

Very nice children's boutique! You find things that you won't find in a box store! Very high quality and appearance. Can order custom items. The owner cares about her customers!

I went there to make a onesie that was a gift for my parents to announce their grandbaby in making. As my mom used to work there one of the workers there ended up telling her. Manager told me they prided themselves in how they kept secrets so it made me feel safe only to find out my mother was told the same day I planned on giving the onesie to them. Never coming back, needs to reevaluate the hiring process.

one of the owners are rude and I wouldn’t recommend any one going here . Very rude to my child, absolute no reason you should be rude to a 2 year old.

Went in with my 2 year old and they were absolutely rude to her. They had no right to tell my kid to be quiet, when she was just laughing having a good time. Her happiness and little giggles was apparently her being “too loud” and the “only loud kid” in the store when there were other kids too. How are you going to own a kid store and treat children like this. She also told us we should take her else where, unbelievably unprofessional.

I went in with my Indian friend to buy our toddler’s adorable clothes, it was going well till I overheard the owner start to mock her accent and continued to say she doesn’t understand her… I was speechless. She then began to overly watch us as if we were going to steal. DO NOT go here if you are a minority, she's singled out other minority’s before.
