1 star. Every single request I had, they made an error. Initially, they delivered to the wrong place, then cancelled my order, then they charged me for tax when I am exempt, I never got receipts (come to think of it, they still never sent me my emails and it’s been weeks, ha!) for my purchases. They came to pick up some items when I didn’t request it to be returned (good thing I caught them!) and the front desk guys who answer the phones screen calls so if I called back more than once, they wouldn’t even talk to me anymore. They would answer and immediately transfer me to various people who didn’t answer their phone, and I couldn’t tell them what I needed because they didn’t talk to me, until I dialed *67 and then all of a sudden they took my call. Hmm! Terrible administration and very unorganized. Sure, I’m not a builder, but doesn’t my business matter too?

My uncle works there. I don't know how it's such low rating. I think it's just from different peoples opinion. I just wish he had more business there. I've been wanting to hand out his card to workers. Fair pricing, great people especially him.
