“Update: The driver tried his best to fix this problem and my billing statement has been fixed. Consequently I am updating my rating from one to 4 stars due to the sincere help from the AmeriGas driver.I had very disappointing experience with AmeriGas, the driver went to the wrong address filling a tank for another house and charge my account.The local office admitted this is mistake and they came and fill my tank. Meanwhile, I have been trying to remove the wrong charge from my account for the last 6 weeks with no success.Customer service wait time on the phone more than 30 minutes, they do not reply to your e-mails using contact us e-mail on their web site.”

“When I called to set up my account the customer service was thorough and kind on the phone and gave me all the details I needed. The delivery person was polite, efficient and friendly. Wouldn't have known he was there except I walked out to check a sprinkler as he was reeling out the hose. Excellent experience over all.”
