“Devin went above and beyond our expectations when purchasing our new home. He was very friendly and fun to work with, and he was so good with our kids too! He helped us understand every option and scenario, helped come to a decision on what kind of offer to make that would work best for us, and gave us educated and realistic ideas of what to expect in making an agressive offer if we decided to go that route. Devin was never ever pushy, and always had our best interest in mind. He is certainly not the type of person to pressure you into buying something you aren't in love with. He would often point out things in homes that we didn't notice that we should be aware of, such as warped linoleum under the washer and dryer. He would stay up late at night (1-2 am even) on the phone with my fiance helping him go over all the facts and data to make him feel more confident in purchasing a home when he was starting to have second thoughts and starting to losing hope in this crazy market (my fiance is very analytical and needs that cold hard data). In the end, we purchased our first home and its amazing, and we absolutely couldn't have done it without Devin's expertise.Overall, I can't imagine having gone with someone else to help us purchase our first home. Devin exceeded our expectations in every way. 10/10 and when we sell and buy a new home we will definitely be giving him a call!”
