I can't believe how easy it was to work with Joe Northrop. He gave me by far the lowest rates than any one else, no one could beat his deal. The communication was excellent through the whole process. If I ever have to buy another house, I will be a repeat costumer!

After my wife’s quest interviewing many agents and brokers she stumbled upon BJ. He was available through text outside of what you’d normally consider “banker hours” to answer all our questions and concerns as they came to us. We’ll be refinancing and definitely coming back to BJ again.

I have used BJ Morgan both personally to purchase our current home and he is also who I refer to all of my clients, several have used him this year and I have to say he does an absolutely fabulous job throughout the entire process. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, never run into any issues upon closing, it is always such a smooth transaction. Every one of my clients, along with myself, loved working with him!! As a realtor, I find great piece of mind knowing that when I refer him to my clients that they will be taken care of without a doubt!! I highly recommend BJ!

I was very happy with my experience with Lara at RMM as my lender. Our communication for the entire home loan process was always prompt, informative, and friendly. The rates and costs were very competitive, and the turn around times were fast. We even closed a week early! I definitely recommend Lara and RMM to anyone moving to the Tri-cities area that needs a lender.
