Best pharmacy in the tri-cities since Corks. Four years straight every single prescription less than 5 minutes. Plus every time I'm out of the hospital 5 minutes for my pain medication.

Pharmacist refused to fill my medication after they’ve done it in the past. Med isn’t a controlled substance or anything dangerous or addictive. The med is on back order and I had to call all around and they have it in stock and are bogarting it from me. Even though it’s covered on my insurance. They gave me some nonsense reason about my diagnosis and the FDA usage. Yet I have a prior authorization through my insurance for this diagnosis and have been using it for this for more than a year. Meds are used “off label” every single day and there’s plenty of documentation to prove the use of this med for my diagnosis and they know this! Very poor choice and reasoning to deny me. I’ve been a pharmacy tech for 17 years and I would never treat my patients this way!

These guys are super quick. They are so much better than a Rite Aid or Walgreens. If you want a ton of red tape, dealing with insurance questions, having tobsubmit and come back at a later day or 2 later just to get a refill. Only to have to wait in lines for another 45 minutes every single time you get a prescription, then go to those 2 big pharmacies. (Walgreens or RiteAid)
I have never waited longer than 5 minutes at Reliance even if they fill the prescription right in front of me. By far, Reliance is the best pharmacy in town.

We switched from Fred’s to Reliance and we have not been disappointed. They send out text when the prescription is ready and they also provide free delivery once a month. They are super fast and efficient. What a great switch from big pharmacy to locally owned pharmacy. SWITCH! You won’t be disappointed.

Word on the street is the head pharmacist got popped by the feds stealing tons of pain medication. (Not to mention is a total *******.)Quite a temper on this one..yelling at customers, turning away patrons,, its a wonder they are in business at all. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this laughing stock of a pharmacy. This is not an honest business

I have several autoimmune disorders that cause a great deal of chronic pain (that term seems to be overused so let's start saying torture, since that's what it is. I'm being tortured by my own body). I moved six months ago and a Dr in my new home state put me on a medical regimen that didn't seem medically sound. While in town to see my mother (who had a stroke) I decided to make an appointment with my old PCP, she's been my dr for years and knows my health history. She was shocked at medication I was prescribed, she said, "Don't ever let them put you on x (type of med)." I was so relieved. She perscribed the medication I've been on for years. Sadly, many pharmacies in the Tri-Cities cannot get certain medications so I was forced to call four pharmacies to find three separate medications. Wal-Greens was able to fill one. Reliance said they would fill the other two, I even called them on Thursday night, was told the script would be ready in the morning. I spent Friday with my mom, in the hospital, then went to pick up the prescription from Reliance. The pharmacist walked up to me with a piece of paper and quickly said, "Can you explain this?!" In a tone I would expect from a parent scolding a child for coloring on the wall. He began speaking very fast and circling items on his paper that had font so small I struggled to read it. I am hard of hearing and read lips, the pharmacist knew this, we chatted about his hearing loss when we first arrived. I began to speak and was cut off. He was asking why I was prescribed a controlled substance in another state. I could have told him didn't work for me, and my doctor knew about it. I told her I'd been put on it! I told the pharmacist I wouldn't take them together. He snapped at me that he couldn't take my word for it. No one, addict or not, should ever be treated this way. I realize the opioid epidemic is real, so are my ailments. The pharmacist said he needs to hear from the doctor. He said he would fax the doctor. I asked what he needed (since the prescription wasn't satisfactory), he snapped at me and said, "A response." I drove to my doctor's office since it was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and I was flying home the next day. My doctor can't just send the script to my home state, she's not licensed in that state. My PCP's MA called the pharmacy (which is by definition a response). She said he wouldn't fill it unless the Doctor herself called him, she was gone for the day. I wouldn't be able to get the medication my trusted doctor prescribed. I drove BACK to the pharmacy. The pharmacist rolled his eyes and tried to speak to me over the counter, through the plastic barrier. Again, the man knows I'm hard of hearing but rolled his eyes at being inconvenienced by my disability. He walked up to the counter and said he needed to hear from the dr and if the reason I was prescribed this medication was ok and HE THOUGHT I SHOULD BE ON IT, then he would fill it. This man who knows nothing about me, my health, or my history and is lording over my course of treatment? I asked him for more information, he rolled his eyes, flipped over a piece of paper dramatically and wrote the name of the first medication, circled it, then did the same with the old. He angrily said, "THESE ARE MEDICALLY INCOMPATIBLE!" I am a teacher with two masters degrees, I don't need to be spoken down to like this. In my frustration I said, "I'm medically incompatible!" He threw his arm up gesturing to the two men waiting and said, "I have other customers!" He refused to fill the prescription. Only my PCP could transfer my script to a different pharmacy (since that makes sense, let's put more on doctor's plates! Burn them out faster, cool *not actually cool*). My Dr wouldn't get messages sent from her team until around 8 pm when she checks her messages. If the pharmacist had legitimate concerns he could have spoken to me respectfully (which he
