I had a medication I needed filled for my young son and I called they said 45 minutes to an hour. I can after an 1 and 15 minutes. It I was his bedtime and they told me I would have to wait another 45 minutes. How can ppl be that way my son was in pain, his eyes burning and him screaming and they didn’t even really care. The guy was rude and when I asked to talk to the supervisor she was even ruder. If I could rate them a zero I would. Due better with ur staff rite aide.

They're going out of business.. the pharmacy is completely incompetent, and outright rude. There was one pharmacist assistant. An older gentleman. The was good. But every other they/them that they hire are insanely terrible at their job. Including the pharmacist himself

Pharmacy staff is unprofessional and rude. DO NOT use this pharmacy. Snarky when answering basic questions and won't help you with simple requests. They mocked me for asking questions regarding purchasing medical supplies from their pharmacy. Especially avoid dealing with the grey haired British dude. He was unprofessional from the drop and instigated all the issues I had with the experience. If I could give 0 stars I really would

I’m not the type of person to review but please believe me when I tell you they have the rudest pharmacist. I called to talk to a pharmacist and they put me on hold and redirected me 3 time and that wasn’t even the problem I don’t care about waiting but i was on wait for 9 minutes and was making side conversations saying that I’ve been redirected 3 time and he decided to answer as I said that and with the nastiest attitude told me well you are the one hanging up and calling again , which was not true I stayed on the call the whole time went back and forth with me until he cut me off and said what did you want and I said from him with the way he’s talking to me nothing and hung up

Some 24-hour store...they're closed inexplicably. 3:46 AM, my 3-year-old is inconsolable with an ear infection. Now I'll have to go to WinCo, the only other place open. Thanks a lot.

Stephanie the pharmacist is a royal joke she denied my prescription from my doctor. She has not authoritd denying my prescripton she's not authorized as a prescriber nor is she a behavioral health specialist or a psychiatrist. I called walmart they had no issue filling my prescription I can assure you the medical board will be in review of you're pharmacy denying a person with sever adhd their medications is highly unprofessional.

Stocked like an intercity bodega. Missing merchandise, empty side counters, staff refuses to restock items, some items with labels, missing for over a year. The only thing that is stocked is the alcohol section. Fill your side counters or close the store.

After years of having some of the worst experiences in a pharmacy, finally decide to write a review. This pharmacy regularly will not have anything filled within 12 hours. My son was prescribed antibiotics last night at the ER at 11:00 p.m., I arrive today at 4:00 p.m. and I'm told it's not ready and that they will have it in 10 minutes. I say after 12 hours? Malachi, an associate in the pharmacy simply said, "We have a lot of prescriptions to fill."
This place has some of the rudest employees, not a single apology for the wait. If you need to get something done quickly I would never recommend this pharmacy. It somehow took over 12 hours to fill a basic antibiotic.

My son needs an inhaler due to his asthma. I called asking why we still haven’t gotten it and the lady was extremely rude to me. I asked her kindly why he doesn’t have it and if I needed to talk to his doctor again. I wish I could use Fred myer again. I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

You guys are the best. Great fast service always, All the rite aids in town were out of my meds, you guys were too. with none coming till Monday, But you went above and beyond to find me an emergency dose within 30 min even though you guys were VERY busy! God bless you!
