If you have another choice do not get your prescriptions filled here. I waited 45 minutes to get a refill of 3 pills. I was the first and only person in the pharmacy. I got there right when they opened. I told the lady I would wait. 15 minutes passed by and another lady came in and also waited on her prescription. After 15 minutes she was called up to pick up her medication. I jumped up and asked about my prescription and was told it was still being filled. This was 30 minutes later. I said how is that possible I came in before this other lady and she has already gotten her prescription filled. I’m just getting a refill there is no reason this should take this long. The pharmacist replied that they had a lot of distractions and interruptions while they were filling my prescription. Basically a bunch of BS. After 10 more minutes and watching several drive through customers get their medications my prescription was ready. Such an incompetent pharmacist who has no management or personal skills. They shouldn’t be working as pharmacists. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

Disappointed, I came here to get a strep throat testing which states it is available on their website just for the doctor to not encourage me to get it as they can’t prescribe me the medicine if it came back positive. I wish they would have called me prior to coming also they should take this off their website if their doctor is going to no suggest it.

I drive 20 minutes just to come to this rite aid on my off time just because of how polite the staff are i appriciate their service every time I come in

Apparently there's a huge common denominator to these reviews. I'm currently sitting here with no volume of customers waiting a very long time for a Rx to be filled. Throughout my life I honestly feel this to be the absolute worst pharmacy I've been to.

Idk what yall are on but this place is nice. It’s just a convenience store with a pharmacy. Staff is usually really damn sweet, and I love them. I remember like two years ago I was short on money and really embarrassed (mind you i was like 13-14), and the cashier paid for the extra $5 I was missing. Everyone there is either really nice, or just quiet and wants to get on with their day— which I understand. Contrary to these reviews, the staff is really sweet, and I’ve been to the pharmacy a couple times to pick up some medicine, even they’re kind over there.
I’ve been going for around 5 years since I’m from the apartments next door, and not once has anyone there been rude.
Also they have aloe Vera water so instant five star

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 12 years. Today I will not be coming back. The staff was rude and insensitive. I have never been asked to show proof of insurance to process a prescription! I have always paid cash even though I do have insurance. I lost my insurance card and they act like I just don't get to fill my prescription! Really people? Please do better. Standing there with a raging fever two ear infections and a sinus infection! Do you think I can't afford the 30$$. Not to mention I can hear everyone back there talking about it! I don't have to have insurance to buy a prescription. But you made it seem like I couldn't. I will not be back. *I had to leave at least one star.

Makayla that took helped me at register was very rude. Terrible customer service. The pharmacist shu was very helpful
