There are more lazy employees at this store than anywhere else in town. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look and see a line of 10 customers refusing to use the self-checkout, the intelligent person calls for another checker. Here they send that one checker on break and don't bother to have any backup. When an employee is told this is an issue, they shrug and walk-away. The managers seem to be torn between trying to do what's right and following the new policies which close any and all cashiers at 7pm. Trying to figure out where higher grocery prices are benefiting anyone but the corporation. This place has become an overpriced punchline of poor quality, lazy employees and time wasting.

These prices are ridiculous. Not sure why people shop here when other stores in town are so much more inexpensive?

Always very helpful employees when you you can't find a certain item.. and they are always in stock of most of their products.. very pleased to shop there at Safeway ?

I frequent this location and I love a lot of the employees I’ve interacted with other than a few old ladies that follow me around and speculate if I’m on something after I have a really long day. It’s not the first time, and I have not been on anything ? Also these women are very rude every time.

A few weeks ago I went to Safeway to get a few last minute birthday treats for my son. While we were there my son saw this beautiful Oreo cake! He asked the bakery lady if she would be able to add any Minecraft things for him but unfortunately it wouldn’t work with this cake. The lady was so kind and could see my son was sad so she went out of her way to ask his favorite sports, animals ect. She went to the back and gathered a bunch of things that would work for his cake and she asked if he would like them instead. She was soooo kind and really made my son birthday! I would love to give her a shout out for taking this extra step in customer service! She has over 30 years experience and I highly recommend this bakery ?
