Carrie has been doing my hair for years and let me tell you I have never left disappointed.. She always gets my blonde perfect every time and always knows what I want without me having to say. She is the only person I trust with my hair and has never let me down! She always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I am taken care of!! Everyone needs to see Carrie for your hair dreams

This was my first time here. I messaged Carrie my stylist Before my appointment to ENSURE she can do blonde hair and even sent photos of my current hair and what I was wanting. She said 'sure no problem'! During the process she was pulling on my hair pretty hard, I told her it hurts and she said "oh we're almost done" but proceeded to pull hard on every section - to the point I grabbed the base of my hair to prevent further pain as she worked on it - she ignored it and just kept yanking hard. During the wash (her nails are extensively long and sharp!) it was painful like she was scratching my head hard and then using her nails as a comb to untangle knots. It was NOT relaxing or pleasant! Then she sat me in a chair with wet hair and no towel and left me to go attend her next customer. My neck was sticky with product & water in my ears. I didn't know what was going on, was I experiencing a deep conditioning treatment? Or just waiting? Was the new customer just needing a bang trim? Or something quick? Carrie didn't communicate anything and walked off- Then after 10 min of me just sitting there, I noticed she was in the beginning process of doing highlights on another client. She double booked! I told her if Im just waiting for a blow dry? Or what was happening. She said patronizingly "Oh do you need some attention?" Then moved her other client out of the chair - blow dried my hair, did a 3 min hair trim and charged $250! My hair which was a beautiful blonde tone now has large brassy chunks all over with small purple streaks around my face. I will NEVER go back and wasted my money.

I was referred to Carrie to do my hair for a photo shoot since I don’t live in town. She did such a fabulous job!! She also helped me do my makeup which turned out really good for the shoot.She was such a genuine, kind person to me and her clients. I recommend her to anyone!!! If you want chemically scalped by Jamie who could care less and put dark dye in your Barbie blonde hair for almost 5 hour great then the owner could care less I have pictures and a time line then NY Jamie's side kick.I thought we were friend I trust very few people with my hair.I even took her breakfast that morning.Just very sad and hurt she would do this to me my old hairdresser in Oregon said with 45 years of experience Jamie knew what the outcome would be.At first it was beautiful then they added a very dark dye to my hair then tried to bleach it out continuously for over 4 hours. Those products should never exceed 45 minutes. I did confirm with Loreal holiness.Also she scalded my scalp and kept putting my under a extremely hot hair dryer.I just stayed calm li ING through this nightmare.I contacted Jamie and Sheri no refund no apology no help what so ever.My hair is still getting thinner every day.DONT LET THIS BE YOU.My hair was extra long and strong before this.If you want to see the pictures of what she did check out my Facebook I will be posting public picture Jamie took.Constance Wikum

Spent over $300+, to pamper myself and step-daughter. And didn’t even get what we wanted.The highlights were so blotchy/chunky, uneven, and random…. I messaged the lady that did them to see if she could fix it, by thinning some of the huge chunks and fix the yellow highlights to blonde like I asked. She was nice, and agreed to fix it.But the “fixing it” just made it worse!She basically just died my hair back to my natural hair color, and left extremely random yellow highlights, all over my head. I’d wear my hair up to hide it, but it’s worse on the bottom, there’s just one HUGE yellow chunk on the bottom left, It’s so embarrassing!I don’t recommend going there at all!!!!Services: Highlights

I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to. I haven’t been to a hair salon in years! I’m talking like 5 or more years because I was so scared of all the haircut horror stories and I loved my long hair. But I really wanted layers. I was afraid if I went they would cut off all my length and make the layers look choppy. But I finally took the risk and went to this salon. I showed the lady exactly what I wanted and kept repeating that I wanted to keep as much length as possible with layers. She was so understanding and professional about it. She asked me questions about how short was too short and when she was done I still had lots of length in my hair with well blended layers. For someone who was so scared to go to the hairdresser she calmed all my fears. Will definitely go back! Her name is Sherry I believe.Service: Haircut

Love the ambiance of Salon on 1st and Anita does a fantastic job of giving the customer what they ask for. She works with you on color ideas and her prices are very fair. Great hair stylist and comfortable location.
