I'm a mortgage lender in town and have worked with the Schneider Construction team for many years! They have always been very easy to work with. They're detailed and organized and put out a great product. I've never heard of a client complaint and have only ever heard good things from the clients they work with. We love financing projects for the Schneider Construction Team!

Adapted to a last minute change and were able to get the additional flooring and install within the original schedule. Staff were hard working and friendly and proficient. The service that Schneider Construction provided was fantastic. They help me refine my design concept. Worked wit he City to get the changes approved and the changes suggested before we started made the difference between a good design and a great design. They worked to the schedule we established. Kept me informed about their work plans and schedule and met both their schedule and cost commitments. The job site was always clean and neat. The work was well done and well coordinated.I have worked with them before and had great experiences every time. They are everything you want in a contractor. Honest, particular about quality, skilled craftsmen who meet their commitments. I would recommend them without hesitation for any work from a small addition like they did for us or a new house which they have also done for me.You cannot go wrong here.Services: Roof installation

I am so pleased with the end result, it is better than the architectural drawings. Neighbors are impressed with quality of work (so am I) and they were prompt, always gave me time of arrival for next day and most of all, they cleaned up every day before they left.
