Usually never have had an issue coming into this Sephora but tonight was different. I came in to return two products that didn’t work out for me. One of them I wanted and still want an even exchange for it, it’s the same product just different shade. It’s been only two days since I got it so I’m just looking for an even exchange.

Went to Sephora Tuesday night there was 3 workers one guy worker with pink hair and two other girls none of the workers greeted me the store was not busy I was the only customer at that moment I was struggling looking huda beauty since you guys moved it they didn’t bother to ask me for help instead they were talking about what perfumes they liked better and rating perfumes didn’t appreciate how they slacked on asking if I was finding everything okay after being there for 10 minutes it’s disappointing how a big known company like Sephora should learn how to have better customer service.

The customer service at this Sephora is HORRIBLE. I asked the employee Rome for help and he seemed very bothered by the fact that I asked for assistants. Him and other employees would just huddle up and giggle the whole time I was there. Would rather order online than experience this again.

HORRIBLE customer service. If you can’t be nice to customers then why work customer service! The cashier was so rude her name is Victoria. No acknowledgement when walking up to get checked out, explained what i needed help with and didnt even answer just looked me up & down with a resting B face! So unnecessary. I was being nice even after her acting that way because i will not lower myself to her level but its disgusting to be so rude to customers for no reason. Find another career!

If I could give a zero I would. Most of the girls that they hire here are so rude! Ive already had a good amount of bad experiences to the point to where im willing to give a bad review. They give you dirty looks dont even acknowledge you when checking you out and the girl looked me up & down with a CARA DE CUL* before checking me out. I am never rude to workers at all so im so confused as to why they feel the need to be so weird & rude to customers

I just turned 14 and had my birthday money right when i walked in they didn’t say welcome or anything but they said welcome to everyone else that walked in the whole time I was there I was getting dirty looks from the employees. No one asked if I needed any help. They made me feel really uncomfortable. I went to ulta and they were so nice and helpful Shame on them for being so rude.

I had a lady today at the cash register keep touching the nozzle of the product I bought while she was ringing me up. It was a facial product and touching the nozzle was very unsanitary. She may have been doing that without thinking, but I urge management to tell their employees to pay attention to what they’re doing, especially for sanitation reasons. There are plenty of skin diseases that can be passed on, as well as COVID and the flu.

It was a very rude experience, Abele was not willing to help me, and my sister at the register also had a very rude voice tone, which was not nice at all! Upon asking for a bag, he told us that they didn't have any in stock, but when Manager Claudia came to assist us, she offered us a bag and helped us with our transaction. Thank you Claudia for being nice

I went in today to get a new Nars foundation and to be color matched. I asked an associate for help her name was Ali Lazo, I asked which of two foundations I was asking her about was a better choice I knew she might ask questions about my skin type to try and give me the best recommendation but instead she just started to talk about how bad my acne was and how it looks like I don’t take care of my skin. I looked at my friend shocked that she really just told me that and then she continued to talk about my acne and she told me that I should get rid of my acne before just throwing foundation over it to try and cover my acne. I have never felt so embarrassed about my acne till now. Someone needs to train that girl on not just how to be a better employee but an overall just kinder person.
