The cashier was rude and always being a bad person, I will no longer be buying gas at this location where I always go gas at for 10 years, you lost my money for everything as of today at 3.36 pm

I wish I took photos but the employee “working here” was sitting outside smoking and said he was on his lunch for the next 30 minutes so no one could help me. He even laughed as he said he can’t help me because he “deserved his break” (i only had cash for my gas).
I understand the need of a break as a manager myself, but the employee was horribly rude about the situation and even had “friends” hanging out with him smoking outside as well. They were laughing and at me and mocking me along with the “employee”.
If this is how their business is run, their manager either needs to be informed of the ridiculous behavior of the employees so they can address the garbage experience and lack of humanity/ customer service from their employees or learn to hire someone who is not rude and incompetent. Needless to say I will never go to that location again if I can avoid it.
All this “gentleman” had to do was apologize and treat me with some respect.
His behavior was appalling

Cashier was extremely rude. Ive never seen her before in my life, and she acted like she had a grudge against me. Plenty of other gas stations to go to with better customer service.

plugged in charging at the adjacent property, have been spending a good amount of money here, asked if there was a restroom today and the male employee said that it was closed. Not sure if he was preparing for me to get confrontational or what, I think he was just sketched out by me and I get it, hes probably working alone and if someone makes a mess he doesnt have someone to cover the front while he fixes it. Its clearly a policy to not allow use of their restroom to anyone, but thats a bit annoying considering it says they have a public restroom on the store info on googlemaps.
the DMV has a restroom and is open Tue-Sat till 5pm, (closes at 2pm Saturday). they didnt mind when I asked to use it. Go nextdoor and avoid spending any money here. ownership probably has garbage priorities if they are telling their staff to restrict the restroom. take it off your store info, take the sign down, and train staff that there is a restroom next door so they dont have to piss people off who come asking. gas and smokes cheaper somewhere else anyways.

The person in charge was extremely rude to the worker when I visited. She was obviously new and trying to make sure she did her job correctly. Instead of showing patience and understanding, he berated her. Then he smiled at me like it was just another day. I will NOT be shopping here ever again.

Despite the ongoing, documented war crimes of Russia perpetrated during its illegal invasion and occupation of Ukraine, Shell continues to purchase and sell Russian oil. Legal or not, this is morally unacceptable blood money for Shell, who is directly financing war crimes and the execution of civilians and non-combatants.

Even when I purchased gas the fatty blondie guy refused to open the restrooms because "he says it's closed". Make sure to hire competent people next time.

Considering they just got robbed, unfortunately, I'd stay away from here. Kennewick is pretty ghetto in general though.

Horrible store!!! Car wash ripped me off and the little punk kid attendant said the store doesn’t own it!! And would NOT provide me with a number to call even theirs on the stores property. This store RIPS YOU OFF!!!

I wouldn't go in there at night I'm from out of town "Pendleton" the morning an evening shift really nice but I went in last night the cashier was out smoking with his friends that blocked the pump it took a few minutes for the cashier to come in the store an his friend came in with him at just stared me down I was very uncomfortable so I left
