I enrolled my year old pup a few months ago. I'm so happy with the progress she is making. Plus they have lots of opportunities for socializing our dogs and other activities. I'm currently introducing my dog to scent training. The staff is great!

This place has made me and my fiance way more confident in being able to lead our dogs in good types of behaviors that we weren't sure we were capable of before coming here. So glad we chose to come to Sit Means Sit!

Great customer service. Walked in for an evaluation / recommendation for my 18 week old pup. Cameron was nice and helpful. I was on the fence about the methods used but could have gotten behind it if the price were not so high. I'm sure they provide a great service but it was a tad out of our price range. Cannot rate on results only on customer service.. for folks who have the money this might be a great option.

My wife and I have known Steve for a few years now. 3 of our daughters dogs have been trained at Sit Means Sit in Kennewick.Over the years, Steve has really grown his business, adding more trainers and a nice, large new space adjacent to their original location. Based on our experience, they have grown because they do a great job. Steve and all of the trainers obviously care about their customers dogs and providing a very high level of customer service. We recently started taking our own new pup to Sit Means Sit and have had an amazing experience. They encourage questions, and give thorough, well thought out answers. They make it very clear that they want your dog to succeed, and be a confident, well-behaved part of your family. The facility is extremely nice, and everything about the training is fun for the dogs and their owners.Having a well behaved dog is a joy. I highly recommend Sit Means Sit in Kennewick to anyone, regardless of the age of your dog. Take advantage of their free consultation and see for yourself.

My dog was peeing everywhere, no manners and kept chewing up my hoses, after sit means sit he now has his cgc and is a member of the go team therapy dogs. Thanks to the great team at sit means sit

I love Sit Means Sit! I appreciate the staff so much for all the training, tips and guidance on training my pup. Puppy classes were really helpful in the process of training a 3 months old pup, they explain the 'why's' behind the training as well, and whenever we had questions or concerns we were able to call them and they would give us advice or tips.Highly recommend Sit Means Sit!

My dog spent a long time at the shelter and had very high anxiety and acted out. My veterinarian recommended Sit Means Sit. The training there has helped both of us develop trust in each other and learn new skills. She is excited to go to group training sessions and enjoys the interactive practice at home. The trainers really care about the dogs and focus on the individual issues of each one.

Well worth the cost to have some additional tools to build structure in your animals life. The staff and owner truly care about your pets and their success in the classes.

I came to Sit Means Sit almost a year ago because the program I obtained and was training my service dog puppy through had closed, leaving everyone stranded in their training. I had tried classes at 4Paws and a couple at PetSmart. My dog is smart, but his energy was just insane (Ashitaka is a standard poodle).I met with a trainer and explained our situation and they met my dog. We talked about my needs, Ashi's needs, and the training I needed help with. I enrolled him in the 4-week intensive class/group classes package. I felt comfortable with the trainers and their methods, and the support of the facility.Steve and his crew are wonderful. They are passionate about dogs and helping owners learn how to be a team with their dogs. My dog went from out of control, hyper, and non-focused to calm, reliable, gentle, and he is finally able to reach his service dog potential. We would not be where we are today without Sit Means Sit in our lives.

Overall I find the business friendly and helpful. The downfall for me was the limited method for payment.
