My i10 smart bed is great however the heating pad won’t work the up/down is broken it doesn’t work anymore the lights were the first thing to go! For $10500.00 you’d think they would have a better warranty on these beds! I’d never buy a sleep number bed again! Very frustrating!!

Attention do not come here! It was a complete waste of time I came in looking for To see if the store had some items that I wanted in stock when I got there, I was not the only customer and there was a couple ahead of me. I waited for the customer service rep for 20 minutes before he acknowledged me and asked me what I would like Only as I was walking out of the store. I explained that he didn’t have the items in stock that I wanted so I was leaving when I told my items When he had them in stock and that he’s working in between customers and he’ll be right with me. After waiting for another 15 minutes, the Customer Service Rep continue to fail to Get the items that he said he had for me. So I Left to go to the mall to go search for other items Back the second time, he asked me if I had found what I needed and I explained yeah and he still did not help me. After leaving for a second time, I came back to see if there was another store rep there, And explain to them that items that I was searching for and Apparently, they didn’t even have the items in stock. This was a complete waste of time and I could’ve left an hour and a half ago, but instead this jerk refused to provide decent service Claiming that they had items in stock that they didn’t have. Ultimately, if you’re gonna get the items from the store Because they have such a small stock of items here.

David was great from start to finish!!
He listened to our needs and was VERY knowledgeable about all of the different beds and their features, as well as which beds would accommodate our health needs and budget.
Had us take the time to try out a few beds which I was grateful for because they were all so different in comfort etc.. What will be most memorable out of our experience was that he was SO patient with our fussy toddler during our shopping time, made us feel like we were family.
Will surely recommend this business and especially for our friends/family to ask for David.
So happy with our overall experience and cannot wait to receive our purchase(:

Love the customer Service love to the financing options. I have owned a Sleep Number bed for about five years now very disappointed in the fact that it keeps going flat even after getting replacement parts that costed me just over 100.00 dollars & my bed still goes flat this is very disappointing seeings how i suffer with chronic pain & this is the only bed I found to work to sleep comfortably but with it still going flat I’m left trying to figure out what bed to get now without having to pay over $1,000 dollars again very very disappointed

David in the Columbia Mall store was awesome. We had an older Sleep Number and decided to up grade. He explained everything about the changes made over the past 13 years, and some of his experiences with his own newer bed, which was very helpful in our deciding to purchase. I truly hope that you as a company recognized him for his professional attributes he provided us.

Excellent experience! Holly was a terrific sales person and I am so glad she helped me. Buying a bed this expensive was not something I was ready to do, but Holly gave me a Veteran’s discount that brought my payments way down. The bed was delivered and setup fast and all my questions were answered. The wife and I love our Sleep Number bed!

The associate was very friendly and helpful. Also, the pillows I purchased, the ComfortFit Ultimate, is a complete game-changer to my slumbers. I absolutely enjoy them, worth the price.

The sales rep did a great job when we came in of showing us our options. Only down side was we have to wait 3 weeks for the bed to be delivered.

Salesman was professional, respected my budget, and answered my questions. He's also been great with follow up after purchasing a bed, making sure delivery/installation is scheduled and ready to go smoothly when the delivery date approaches. The store itself is well maintained, and I like that the budget-friendly C2 was up front, not tucked away in the back somewhere. These beds are very expensive, so it was nice to see one I could afford, and didn't make me feel like a pauper to be hidden from the main display. They want to sell beds, regardless of affordability, and it shows.
