I noticed my bill keeps going up constantly for my internet service. I called Spectrum to see if I could get into a promotion or discount. I have been with Spectrum for years, have 5 mobile lines, a home phone line and internet through them. If you are a new customer, Spectrum most likely has you covered. If you are an existing customer, they kind of make you feel like a burden. They don't want to give you a deal to keep you as a customer. The deal they had for me was $120 more than I am paying now. Now, I am no rocket scientist, but that sure as hell doesn't sound like a deal. Maybe if enough people left and went to Ziply, they may get their act together.

Went to Spectrum on Columbia Ctr Blvd to change the name on my account. It's currently in my 93 year old mother's name. I was told by an employee there that I needed to bring in a utility bill with my name and address on it. So I did just that. I was then told that I needed to bring in my 93 year old mother along with her identification. I told that person (supposedly a manager) that one of the employees told me to bring in a utility bill. He said 'No they didn't '. He made me feel like a liar. Not to mention my bill keeps creeping up with NO CHANGES in my service. I don't like Spectrum. I think they are crooks and the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing (or saying!).

Absolute thieves!! I had 2 lines of service with them. Decided to upgrade on phone and swap devices with my wife. Spectrum showed the Razr on sale for $799. (first lie) Then they said "send us your old device and we'll give you $590 for it". (2nd lie) What really happens is they sell you the upgraded device for the regular price and then give you a monthly deduction for 2 YEARS to make up the price difference. OH and that trade in device??? You won't get credit on the front end. They give you a credit towards that FOR 2 YEARS!!! SO you pay them full price on the front end and then they take 2 years to give you a promotional price and trade in credit. YEAH....that's how I do business. Anyone trade in a car and get monthly credit towards the car you're buying? Or buy a house and get a monthly credit from the house you sold? THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS SPECTRUM!!!! But they're covered with the "didn't you read the extra small print we buried on page 7" question. Just know you're dealing with an unscrupulous business but you're getting cheap cellular coverage. Not only all of the above but I tried to use the web interface to swap phones. It's completely messed up. 4 phone calls and they still have the wrong phone numbers associated with the wrong phones. Stick with Verizon. It may be a little more money but you get what you pay for.

Good customer service.I have cable with them I only pay $36 at month plus my 2 phone service the is only $60 I used to paid 280 with another company the is garbage. I haven't had any issues with my interest been slow or my phone not getting good service.

The absolute worst. -5/10 My teenage daughter wouldn't let them in the house without us home so they turned off our internet, until they can come in to look at it. Someone for m Ziply please call me!!

Decided to move to a bigger apartment in the same complex so it should've been an easy move. I'd been with Charter/Spectrum for years without issue. Since we were moving I decided to get ahead of things and cal to make sure we had a guy to set up our internet on the day we moved, but I was told they don't do that anymore and it was all self install. Cool. Fine. I can do that. Fast forward to moving day. We went and traded in our old modem for the new one they said we had to have and took it home. I followed the instructions to a T and nothing worked. After over an hour on hold waiting for a representative we were told that our apartment wasn't even set up for Spectrum service WHICH WOULDVE BEEN EASILY DISCOVERED IF YOU SENT OUT SOMEONE TO INSTALL LIKE YOU ALWAYS USED TO. now I can't get internet for 3 days because y'all are too lazy and cheap to pay employees to take care of your customers needs! My wife and I were LITERALLY on the verge of signing us both up for your mobile service TODAY, but I decided to think about it since our contract with Verizon just ended. I won't be doing that anymore! Spectrum doesn't care so neither do I. Here we come Ziply and MintMobile!

Predatory marketing, price increases, no notification of frequent outages. All of this has left a bad taste in my mouth for the last couple of years living in Richland. Why didn't I switch ISPs? Because at this apartment spectrum is your only option for internet. Looking forward to moving just so I don't have to deal with mediocre Spectrum.

I bought a good router and the unlimited internet package got great service from these guys and my download speed was like 400 or something!
