Justin at this location was so ABSOLUTELY phenomenal in his knowledge and helping me with some pricing discrepancies I was getting for a while haul rental had me so frustrated. I ended up getting an important phone call and stepped out of the office for a couple mins and when I came back in he had a supervisor on the phone ready to assist me and made everything COMPLETE PERFECTION!!!! God Bless you Justin

Rented a unit for nearly a year. The rental process was easy and the unit was always secure. I always felt my unit was safe. The property is super clean and the staff is always willing to help. Overall, a quality experience.

Facility staff were very helpful getting account, locks, passcodes, etc all set up for us. Storage unit was very clean & there was never a concern about security - cameras were constantly monitoring the premises. Thank you, Sarah, for assisting with account close-out this afternoon.

I've been extremely happy with summit storage since the very beginning, great customer service, very friendly and I am 100% confident my belongings are safe, I'm going through a very difficult time in my life right now and not having to worry about my things is a great relief, I do my best to keep my things in the unit clean and organized, I want to do my part since they've been so good to me, thankyou.

You have to give 30 days notice or you get charged another month for a storage, i had already moved everything out and had my lock off when they let me know about the 30 day notice and charged me for another month, and when i went to the storage locker, it had another lock on it, they charged me and immediatley re rented it out to someone else.

I would recommend Summit storage to anyone needing to store their belongings They have the best customer service and go out of their way to make sure your move goes smoothly Thank you for caring about me and this big change in my life The staff is absolutely awesome. I needed a smaller unit. Went to office and spoke to person working. She had me transferred in a minute of seconds. Thank you for everyone that works. You are all wonderful caring staff. I cancel cause price went up and when I canceled they still charged me one more month when the guy told me i can cancel at anytime before the month ended.
