Buyer Beware
Haircut was too short by about 1” on one side. I became ill so it took me longer to seek a fix. They have a 7 day fix it policy, no refund. So, I'm out $30. Might as well go to a beauty school where cost is half, but risk about same. They do not stand behind their work... employees not trained well enough.

47$ for a shampoo,conditioning and a little off the ends for a 7 year old, they don’t disclose that they will charge 20$ more for long hair on a child and they charge to turn on a blow dryer for a minimal amount of time……. 2 haircuts for 112$ is not worth it. Will stick with my hair cuts in Richland

Nancy cut my hair the 1st time, great lady and perfect haircut. I call again 2 weeks later, she’s not there so i book with a different person, show up 10 mins early after a 40 min drive and she casually rubs it off as being booked out. A simple no when I called would have saved me time. Please respect your customers time because we pay for yours. Probably won’t make a dent in your business but you lost a customer.
