Stopped by this 124 S Ely T-Mobile to check if they had a phone that I wanted, but was told it did not come in stock. All of the workers were staring at me that worked at the store even those from the back room because the doors were open. The young sales guy told me why did I come here go to your local tmobile

There were more people working than I have seen in a cell phone store in a long time. The manager was working with us and very patient and helpful to resolve our issue. Customers interrupted us to tell him how good a job the other employees were doing as well.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Maria is bay far the best young professional. SHe solved for me multiple problems for three lines and i am more then happy. Alex is genius. Very helpful. People, do not waste your time. Go to this store if you need new or existing plans. Very happy customer. That is who i am now

The lady who helped me is named Sugeidi she was rude impatient and not knowledgeable about her own job. worst customer service experience ever in a T-Mobile store. She needs more training. The situation was I went in one night and tried to get the internet service the lady set me up but then the manager turned all the lights off and shut down the system. So I went home without any equipment. Went back in to try and get the equipment and Sugeidi had no idea on how to help me. She kept saying she can't do anything I need to talk to my manager and said it was my fault I left without the equipment. No it was your employees fault for not completeing the transaction and the managers fault for turning the lights and system off.

After 6 years with T-Mobile my son and I finally done our first phone upgrades. The lady who helped us was/is AMAZING! Great attitude, fun to talk with, no wonder I love T-Mobile! Keep up the great work. **Update** we got the Velvet phone by LG NOT A GOOD PHONE. Had my phone replaced for a brand new one and within 4 hours the phone started acting like my old phone. The phone is finally paid off and can't wait too get another upgrade .... Going back too Samsung Android since I know nothing about iphones ... Crossing my fingers we get better phones then the dang velvet.

Alex and Daniel are true Gs I got locked out of phone and was in a bind I rely on phone for work and was really going through it. These two t-mobile soldiers calmed me down and spent over an hour fixing this it took several attempts and both their heads to backdoor this problem plus they did it on the 4 of July. These two have critical thinking and teamwork. Plus customer service as highest priorities. Not just there for a paycheck. Love you t-mobile and love your homes. Thanks Alex and thanks Daniel.

I stopped into the store at 124 S Ely, Kennewick, WA. I had bought a new Pixel 6 and I asked them if they would help me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. I had my doubts because I stopped at a different TMobile store right before that and they weren't able to help me. I think Alex took that as a challenge. He tried the standard cord from one device to another, but that didn't work. From there he worked some kind of magic and when was finished I had every app with all the data. Absolutely everything that that was on my old phone is now on my new phone. It was like majic! Daniel, the manager has trained his people well. While we were waiting for the data t transfer, Alex introduced me to T-Mobile internet and gently told me about the features and pricing. He didn't try to sell me anything, just explained everything and told me how it would benefit me. I came very close to walking out with it and will more than likely go back and get it. Had he tried to do a hard sell, I might have never gone back. Alex also set me up with Paramount+ and I didn't even ask Even though he is young, you could tell right away who was in charge and that his employees liked and respected him. Daniel didn't seem to mind how long it was taking to transfer my data. His calm demeanor made everyone visiting the store feel at ease. There was another employee working that day. I'm sorry but I didn't catch his name. He was probably the busiest guy in store. Not only did he help customer's, but I think he was on phone duty. One call I overheard ( I had no choice but to hear because the volume coming out of the other end of the phone made it impossible not to hear it). Anyway, he had a very disgruntled customer on the line and he handled like a real pro. They were both laughing by the end of the call. This is, by far the best T-Mobile store, or for that matter any phone store. As long as they keep the same employees, I'll never use any other store. The service is excellent and professional. And their customer service is truly second to none. I can't give these guys enough stars. I wish every small business could conduct the selves that way. Without hesitation I recommend this store to anyone looking for professional service from highly trained, extremely nice employees.

Service is trash, they recently had personal info stolen from the Hack. Beware of being mislead, you will be offered a deal that is to good to be true with no full disclosure. Ask questions, you will notice it will be avoided with another offer. Hit up Verizon, its worth the extra dollar

Half of my calls won't go out or come in. Most of my texts have to be resent. This was not an issue when I was on Sprint, only became an issue when TMobile bought them. Do not recommend.

Excellent service Donavan at the 395 & kennewick ave in kennewick wa. went beyond in his customer service made my new account feel secure answered all my questions even though I gave him cause to not see the transaction finish he made me feel better with the phones I got and the bill. So thank you donovan and t-mobile.
