Bad costumer service tbh. We asked for help from a worker to find a specific baby dress and she didn’t speak to us, she just disappeared and gave it to us in a rude way as if we were bothering her. When we were paying our card declined so we tried again and the cashier told us “you guys can’t use the same card since it declined” but there was money in the account. He didn’t want to help us so we told him to call someone who knew how to use the computer, we were already stressed by the situation. But their superior helped us really fast, it seemed as if he just didn’t want to help or didn’t know what he was doing. 0 on costumer service for those employees. They should get people that are friendly and willing to help not just be rude and not make us feel welcomed when we’re buying at their store

It is easy to find the products you need in the pharmacy. Also, there were several options for bath towels including one on sale.

Wouldn’t honor the 50% off sale price. I told the young girl on the back wall are several of the same brand fold up chairs hanging on a wall with about twenty signs that say the correct brand and say 50% off. Checked out didn’t get 50% off. The young girl didn’t believe me that the same chair same brand are in the wall with signs saying 50% off. She wouldn’t look. She stared at me a log rude time. So I returned it. MAKES ME NOT WANT TO WAIST MY TIME SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!

Told my husband online pickup order will not be ready for 3 days! I received email saying it was ready for pickup. Called store to verify it was ready and my call went unanswered! I will cancel my order and shop somewhere else.

I bought this mozzarella block cheese from Kennewick target and the same day when i opened the cheese had mold. My baby and I had already ate a portion where the mold was not visible, i had just opened a little at first and did not noticed it. Please check the rest of your products I don’t want anyone else to buy and eat this

Used the drive up service for groceries which eliminated a task off of today’s to do list. Gave me just another reason to love target. Staff in Kennewick location is always friendly.

Always friendly. Very welcoming environment and shelves are always stocked with the items I planned to purchase.. Customer service is very friendly.

I like the selection, the store is kept pretty clean. Pretty standard Target.However, I really dislike that they've recently decided to close the self-check out early... now I have to take into account the wait for the few checkout stands they have open, usually behind people who have way more items than I do. Before, I could be in and out much quicker.
