Used the drive up service for groceries which eliminated a task off of today’s to do list. Gave me just another reason to love target. Staff in Kennewick location is always friendly.

I like the selection, the store is kept pretty clean. Pretty standard Target. However, I really dislike that they've recently decided to close the self-check out early... now I have to take into account the wait for the few checkout stands they have open, usually behind people who have way more items than I do. Before, I could be in and out much quicker.

Friend... it's Target. I shudder to think of the financial precipice upon which they're clinging, if my review is what's needed to shift the balance from any doubt you possess to going here to shop. If this is however the case, I'm proud of you for stepping up in this meager way.Curb side pickup is delightful. Everyone who's dropped purchases off to me has been very friendly and understanding of my oddball hatchback which has the liftgate release hidden in the vehicle's logo and--by design--no external handle to open and close it easily. I can only imagine the other vehicular idiosyncrasies and spectrum of cleanliness that await them on each delivery, and for facing it with such aplomb they have my admiration and respect.

I mean what else can I say than a 5 star rating.. Always better than Walmart in atmosphere, and the pricing is comparable to any other box store...

This is a typical Target store. We only needed a small number of items, and we got in and out quickly. Many other stores and restaurants are in the same area.

Like that you don't change the layout of the store every night like other full service retail stores

I went in to find a vitamin supplement that I had gotten there previously. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. However, I did find a couple of cute Halloween decorations.

Very convenient location. The prices aren't that bad and this location has everything you would ever need. The workers are all friendly so far from what I have experienced. This is my local, regular market because it is within walking distance to my place.

Shopping inside is usually an okay experience. However, having a small baby we prefer to do pickup. Ever since Target began encouraging employees to talk our ear off about checking into the app for drive up our weekly trips have began to suck. Initially we thought this could be tolerable but quickly realized how resentful this makes us as we sat waiting for the young man to get off his soap box about the app and deliver our groceries. However, the interactions past that somehow still devolved. We live approximately 6 minutes from this Target and even if we follow their instructions to click "I'm on my way" in the Target app perfectly they will still begrudge us for something that isn't our fault because we arrive too soon. If there's no traffic we get there even faster and they get really mad. The micro aggressions are starting to snowball into macro aggressions. Staff intentionally ignore the driver to walk to my passenger door and act shocked when we don't open it. Additionally, not only did we ask these people to stop scolding us over something out of our control but they continued to argue! I'm not sure why this location has staff that says "I don't know what back left means". That should be common sense. It means the back seat behind the front passenger door. One staff member blatantly ignored where we selected to receive items in the app and intentionally opened the trunk and began piling in gallons of water onto my infants stroller. This is a customer service issue and an accessibility issue as we have handicap parking for a medical issue. Needless to say that they feel they should control every aspect of our experience, and we don't know why the Target app is asking us to select where WE want the items if the employee is going to IGNORE that and decide. The last time we went the employee seemed nice enough that is until she very sourly shook her head back and forth in a tisk-tisk manner. Wow! Why Target are you so bitter that you need us to be bitter too?

Employee here could really benefit from taking a customer service class. Especially an employee named Katie, how can their staff get away with talking to customer in such a belittling manner! Management needs to conduct more coaching, poor customer service.
