Went shopping for the dress at on the window display for my daughter. Found it and tried it on, with no issues. What bothers me is the customer service once at the register. We stood there waiting for someone to ring us up. First a young gentleman came up and then a young lady after. Both were having a conversation that had nothing to do with work. Didn’t acknowledge us in any way. Grabbed the Dress, rung us up and hand us the receipt. No eye contact or anything… not one word of “did you find everything ok”How’s your day been”Sorry, about the wait”Nothing!! WORST customer service, I have ever experienced. Horrible customer service. Walked in, no one greeted me, I asked for helping finding something I saw online and the guy behind the counter said “why wouldn’t you just order it online” they were so rude and unprofessional. Won’t be back.

WoW. Never in my life have I faced such bad customer service. First off no one greeted or offered help once we entered. The young lady at the counter looked so annoyed to help us with the return. We didn't have the receipt for a sweater (purchased days before Christmas) so we ACT planned to do an exchange or store credit. Their return policy is the worst! I've been to several other places that will issue you store credit or match the purchase to the card that it was purchased with. She gave us the run around about only being able to exchange (no store credit). I told her there wasn't another sweater we liked in the store...so she suggested placing an order from their website. We spent an hour there on our phone just trying to find something worth exchanging it for because we didn't want to drive back to the store again for this. Unfortunately my son liked the clothes here but we will have to stick to Zumiez. They have a great vibe and purchases / returns have always been stress free.

Every employee in this location is rude, unprofessional, and completely clueless! By looking at the reviews, I would say im not the only one that agrees, how awful these employees are. Would never go back to this place, ever. Maybe time to hire people with real work ethics.

Purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas during a “buy 1 get 1 50% off” sale. Sweatshirt was small so I brought it in to exchange for the exact same shirt, just a different size. Had my receipt so figured they’d just swap one out for the other, instead the clerk returned the sale item and then charged me for the new item at full price...despite it being the same shirt!! I had to pay $20 more to exchange sizes because “sorry, but you forfeit the discount when you exchange.” What store has ever punished the consumer because they need to change sizes with the original receipt?? It’s a shame that this is one of my kids’ favorite stores because I’ll never shop here again. I’ll get the same clothes at Zumiez or on Amazon for the same price, but with a better exchange policy.

Horrible customer service from both the assistance manager and manager...I bought flannel shirts XL, for my husband, and after one wash and dry (extra low setting) they both shrunk to an unwearable size. They would not even consider an exchange for the shirts. What a waste of $60.With no help from calling the store, I will never shop here again and highly advise others to not waste their money either.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service EVER!! Went shopping for my daughter and found a pair of jeans, but due to covid the dressing rooms were unavailable. Not a big deal, so we tried them on at home. She needed a different size, so we exchanged them and tried again. The jeans still didn't work, so just went back in for a refund. The girl at the register said that they couldn't give a refund only store credit, even with tags attached and both receipts. So I asked for the supervisor and explained the situation to her. I stated repeatedly that their policy allows for returns, and is posted clearly on the receipt as well as the website. She gave me nothing but attitude and was super condescending. I asked if she could point out where it stated in their policy that I was unable to get my refund, she refused and just said "I know what our policy is." Now I'm going to have to deal with corporate to try to get this resolved since I'm from out of town.
