Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.

Shaun Leach at the Kennewick Home Depot was extremely helpful with my purchase DeWalt Tough System. He work with me on my price comparison, finding all the items, and putting it together for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Josh completed the check out process and was also very nice. Great customer service! Thank you'

Absolutely F this store!!! Received in store credit for a return after spending $1000 on flooring. When trying to use the card they only let me use half the balance. A month later it says my drivers license doesn't match and it's "locked out" for 20 minutes. It's my damn money and you can't just keep it from me.

Having a horrible experience. Staff seems to have no experience with customer service always pretending like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Bought doors and the cuts were not made correctly. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to fix them. Staff is no help and they literally don’t care to help

My parents have been out of a washing machine for over a month now due to lack of knowledge of their repair guys. They have had this machine for less than 4 years and they bought an extended warranty and this would be second time having problems with it. Come on Home Depot Big Corp ...act like it

I generally like this store, but twice last month I really needed help selecting the correct items for a toilet repair. I searched unsuccessfully for a customer service person and finally just left after getting no help. Later on I returned to the store to try to get assistance again and somebody from the customer service counter even called for someone to meet me there, but nobody ever did. Bottom line is I ended up purchasing two items, of which only one was correct. I could have saved a trip and then purchase the right repair items if someone would have helped me.

I called this store # 4739 to talk with a Kitchen designer. I wanted to set up a kitchen measurement. When you call the main number. You get an automated system that will only let you ask two things: product availability, what's your order status... No live person will help you unless you sit on the phone and wait for the system to badger you on the two questions it allows for several loops. Finally get someone and they transfer you to the wrong department. This person goes to transfer you and disconnects the call. I had to start all over again with the process. I finally get to talk with a kitchen designer who name was Page. I felt like she was rude and couldn't hardly hear her with some guy talking around her.

This store does not use Covid precautions. The workers are not friendly and customer service is negative. It shows Home Depot is failing to do their part.

Overall a good Home Depot to go to. They generally have everything I need. I would give it more stars but on multiple occasions ive had the same short haired female associate at the self checkout who has the worst attitude. Again today at 11:03 am 8/30/20 I had the misfortune to apparently bother her with a question. I hope she figures out why she is so miserable someday.
