I initially had a great experience with Traffic Jams. The dash cam installation went smoothly, the customer service was excellent, and the in-store experience was impressive. However, over time, I began experiencing recurring electrical issues with my vehicle, including dead batteries and failure to start. These issues began after the installation, and when I returned for troubleshooting, the team focused only on the camera settings and battery, which did not resolve the problem. This left me uncertain about their level of expertise.
As I prepared to switch vehicles, I contacted the business several times to arrange for dash cam removal and potential reinstallation. Each call resulted in a different quote from their team and supervisor. On the third call, it became clear the issue wouldn’t be resolved, and when I asked to speak with the manager, he declined to engage. This lack of consistency and customer care was frustrating and disappointing. I no longer felt like a valued customer and have no intention of returning or recommending their services.

Was checking out a good stereo store and found this one, customer service was excellent, and I was really impressed with their waiting room, got to watch a movie to pass up time while my car was getting a stereo install.

Traffic jams installed a new amplifier for me, because the old one blew, and did a magnificent job. The stereo is never sounded better and the dash camera and backup cameras they installed work perfectly. They cut me a couple of deals on the cost and I couldn't be any happier. I wish I would have gone to them sooner. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and they showed me how to adjust everything to my liking. Thank you Traffic Jams!!!

Great service , friendly and explained the car cam that we bought in detail. Was very impressed by the service….a middle age guy helped us and forgot his name but he couldn’t be better! 👍

Mark and his adept crew were able to sleuth out the problem (caused by a neighboring detailing outfit) with the center console screen of our BMW and make it like new again. Big ups to their tenacity and professionalism. Thank you!

Took my expedition in to have a rear camera installed for my unique setup. These guys were top notch came out looked at what I had and my setup.
Took the time to even rig a cigarette lighter so we could test the camera since I didn't know if it'd work. I appreciate this extra effort before even scheduling the service. Spoke a lot about the quality of work.
When dropping off the car was met in the parking lot with a handshake and a recap of what they were going to do. Then after the service was shown exactly where everything was ran, that it worked, since it was dark out they brought out a flashlight to show me the camera in the back and where it was installed. Attention to detail was great.
Highly Recommend. You don't find these types of businesses too often these days.

Great company. Have had my truck, van, and wife's car worked on here for audio. They do very clean work, and at a good price.
I'm not going to name any companies, but there is another company in Kennewick that I used once to install video into my wifes SUV. Horrible job. It was failing after only a week, and the work was cheap. They acted like they knew everything, and didn't listen to the customer.
I'm always happy with how I am treated at Traffic Jams. They are there to help you get what you want.

Wow, Mark at Traffic Jams in Kennewick could have sold us a $599 (or more expensive) navigation system, but instead he took the time to ask us questions and even went out to our truck and diagnosed the problem. We ended up spending $27 for a new data cable and routed it differently, which solved our problem. Thank you so much, Mark!
