My trailer rental started off fine but when I went to drop off the trailer at 0900 there was no one in the office when they should have been open. I called U-Haul customer service at 09:15 to see if they could check the trailer back in. They said they would try and then would contact the branch manager of the unit. I left at 0930 and the office was still not open. U-hauls effort did not work. I called the clearwater office at least 4 more times during the day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. I called U-Haul corporate again on Tuesday and another agent filed a dispute and told me to wait until Friday to see if it did any good. To top it all off, the area has a lot of trash laying around. Do not do business at this location.

It is now 9:23 am. This location is scheduled to open at 9am as stated. Phone # 509-643-1470 (on door) is no longer in service. An electronic App service is in place but will go blank after numerous attempts of completed identification entries. Recommend not using this service. I would recommend trying another location if not another rental service. For me, it's all about service, not convenience.

Good customer service. Honest family owned business. Have used storage there for 2years. Decent safe, secure storage found here. One can store RV's, cars, boats, and trailers as well.

Rented a 10 foot truck from this location and the owner decided NOT to tell us about the trucks faulty battery until after i loaded the truck up at my old place only to find out it didnt start afterwards. Called the owner when it happened and admits the truck had issues a couple days before hand. So now im stuck with no car because its parked at the u haul place. This is absolutely the worst service ive experienced.

BEWARE! You can only pick up at regular scheduled hours. Not 24/7!

Terrible!!! Office closed when supposed to be open. No response. No mobile truck pick up. Had to go through uhaul #800 to get relocated to different branch, which caused big delay and more mileage cost.

NEVER use a U-Haul from this company. I recently rented a truck for a total of $47.00. They have now charged my card on two September occasions once for $297.00 again for $247.00. This company has no security with your card information and will keep running your account dry. They claimed it was due to the truck not being filled with fuel at drop off. Even though I was told to bring it back with same amount of fuel. It had 1/4 of a tank to begin and I returned it with that. I can’t believe this company and how no one in customer service does what they say they will do.

Rented a 10 footer for two days and it wound up costing $160. I only drove it about 20 miles and topped off the gas before returning it. What happened to the $19.99 plus mileage they advertise on the side of the truck? That's a joke! What a racket! Never again. Think twice before you rent one of their vehicles. It will cost you A LOT more than what you think.

My daughter reserved a 20 foot van six weeks ago. She received a conformation and a time and location to pick it up. The time to pick it up was 7:30am...they open at 9;00am and didn't have the van. They offered no help. After a long drawn out series of talking to the corporate office, she was told we could get a van in Grandview (40 miles away) take it or leave it!! Thanks Uhaul....never again!!! What a way to run a business!!!

Reserved a 10 foot u-haul and when we went to pick it up where we reserved it they didn't have one and told us to pick it up In pasco. No email saying we are sorry but we don't have one. Got moved but when going to return it of course no one there and is open Monday through Friday but theybdidny tell us that when we picked it up just this is where it needs to be dropped off. So went to the main u-haul and they told us there would be a huge charge to drop it off with them and need to call the 1-800 number to have the drop off location changed. Definitely going to be doing business elsewhere....

I setup a storage reservation online. When I arrived, they didn't listen and started looking for my reservation in the wrong system (equipment rental) and then finally realized I had said that I reserved a storage unit. Then they couldn't find my reservation in that system even with me showing that I had the email with a confirmation number and everything.After that, they went and setup a new unit reservation and we were off. We opened the unit and it was full of trash. We asked them what we could do as we were not cleaning it out and they said they would come by. A few moments later we are picking up boxes to leave deciding it is best to just get our money back and flee. They come by and say not only is that their last unit, but that they already refunded our money even before we said that too them.When confronted about an abandoned/neglected unit having trash in it they suggested the unit wasn't abandoned or neglected and just hadn't been rented out in a while. We were dumbfounded. Apparently, leaving trash around is just the thing you do to empty units.The storefront looked average, but not dirty. The storage units were quite the mess. Avoid at all costs. They probably don't care too much with being at near full capacity, but they should be avoided if you have a choice.
