Associate in fragrance was rude and not helpful. Always a long line to check out and you have to hunt down associates to get assistance. They do have a good selection of products from low to high end.

The most unwelcoming and snobby Ulta I've been into so far. Placed a pick up order of only 3 items which are not hard to find and doesn't take long to grab at all. When asking to pick it up, they said *rudely* it wasn't ready. I'm more than understanding of retail workers but these Ulta girls are severely snobby and make the store unapproachable. Works at the easiest place and still can't do what they're paid to do

I should have known better than to goin to this store after reading just a few of its horrible reviews. I would suggest getting new staff and cleaning the place up. I am never going to Kennewick ULTA again and neither will ANYONE I talk to.

I buy all my beauty products at Ulta. I struggle with wanting to come back. I tell myself I won't go in here and I should just get curbside pick ups... but I guess I never learn. I went in here yesterday. Had an online order ready. Went in the store to purchase some nail polish. Stood in the line that said, "pick up online order here." Someone else cut in front of me and was helped first. 4 people at the counter and nobody acknowledged me standing there. Someone finally yelled out, "are you like waiting to pay?" I explained I had to pick up an online order and she said, "well, you like need to go stand over there. That's where the line is." Every time I go in, I feel like the people working there act bothered doing their job. It's super loud in here, multiple people at the sales counter, half of them on their phones and can't be bothered to speak to the customers. I really wish it was better, since it's close to my house and I can hit this on the way home. I leave feeling disappointed every time.

I have come here a couple times, each time the cashiers were rude and act like you’re bothering them when they ring you up. Everything else is fine, just doesn’t make you want to buy anything when you know they’ll be rude to you at checkout. The one in Richland is always pleasant and helpful though.

Had an appointment for a color and cut. Waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The stylist (completely unaware that he even had an appointment booked) asks me to reschedule so he could go on his lunch break. This would have been fine, however, he would not have been able to do both services.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy as it's been a while since I have bought make-up. Zack was incredible, he had me color test so I picked the best match for my skin. He was fun and knowledgeable at the same time! Plus, you could get lost in his blue eyes! Thank you Zack for being so helpful and fun this evening!

In the salon I have always had a good experience with Erica. I went blonde and it's still pretty good.I won't pay that much for a basic trim though. If I get a haircut that's more drastic than an inch shorter I'll go here. I like going here for my coloring though.

I love this place! The selection! The service! Oh my! Ok, real talk though. There’s a hairstylist who works there and she suggested products for my damaged hair. She made the best suggestions and they’re all my new favorite things! She knows what she’s talking about. I’ve been to a dermatologist and several hairstylists searching for answers about how to get healthy locks again. This employee is the first to point me in the direction of products that have been game changers for me! TGIN is one of them (Thank God It’s Natural), a line created by a breast cancer survivor to solve “chemo hair” (when cancer patients hair grows back the texture is different). I’m obsessed with them. She also suggested Chi, and AG Hair. She advised me to get a small bottle of the Chi product to see if it works for me before paying for the bigger bottle. I went back to buy more hair products recently and this hairstylist was doing another woman’s hair. I had to pick stuff out by myself and I bought several things that don’t work at all. I’m going to return them and hopefully this woman can guide me again! She’s like a product hair guru. Hair product Yoda. I need to get her name and post it with all the praise, until then, Product Yoda she will be.
